I had never seen Kido before! Compared to the Kido I've had so far, it is softer at the beginning and has a more pronounced rice flavor. Combined with the difference from the usual label, my impression of Kido has changed a bit. I wonder if there is somewhere I can buy this too...

The first iso boast I've ever had the pleasure of drinking! This one is also clear and crisp. It has more body than Sairai, but it is still so clear. It is perfect for a mealtime drink! I haven't seen this one sold in the prefecture...

It has a light, refreshing aftertaste. The fruity aroma and sweetness are well balanced, making it a sake that will appeal to everyone. It makes you want to go to a restaurant that carries this kind of sake!

I was supposed to drink it while it was hot, but due to this and that, I opened the bottle just now. It was chosen today because of its 6% alcohol content and 375ml size, which makes it easy to drink. I don't have much of an appetite, so it's a good size to drink with something dry. The bubbles are stronger than I expected, but considering the acidity and clean sweetness... I really should have drank it when it was hot!

When the bottle is opened, the aroma is fruity and quite sweet! The mouthfeel is also sweet and tasty, but the acidity is refreshing without making you tired of drinking. It was not at all what I imagined it would taste like, but I drank it with snacks and it was empty in no time at all... I would recommend it!

Doburoku, brewed inside a sake bar in Osaka, was recommended to us by a liquor store. I think we were given a manual on how to drink it when we bought it, but I remember it said something like, "Be careful not to blow out the bottle when you open the bottle! I remember that the manual said something about being careful not to blow out the bottle when opening it, so I carefully opened the bottle... The bottle was opened easily without any blowout. The aroma is gentle with a hint of sweetness. It was separated during storage, but after stirring, I opened the bottle and it was like a very thick sweet sake. When I poured it into a glass, it seemed to be fizzing on the surface, but when I drank it, I couldn't feel any bubbles. The natural sweetness of the rice and lactic acidic acidity spread slowly and gradually dissipated. In the latter half, some alcohol weight can be felt, but overall the image is soft, creamy, and Yakult-like. It is not easy to drink, but it is so tasty that I almost drink a lot of it,

I went to Kawatsuru Sake Brewery, famous for Sanuki Kuraudei, for a Hiyoroshi sake. I was tempted by another Kawatsuru sake next to it, but... It was smooth and mellow on the palate. The sweetness is elegant, and the gradual spread of the sweetness is very pleasant. I usually don't have many opportunities to drink local sake, so I was happy to discover new things by drinking various kinds of sake that I am not familiar with at events like this.

A friend of mine who happened to be there recommended Etsukaijin's Kame-no-o, saying, "There is a cosy one that you can drink with just one ticket. The aroma was unique. The aroma is unique. It was so unique from the aroma. It is full of rice flavor and has a nice sharpness. It is only a little bit to drink with a boar cup, but it is the kind of sake that makes you want to have snacks!

The sake I had just had from the Shodoshima Sake Brewery was so impressive that I took this opportunity to have another glass. This one has a very elegant taste. Fruity and sweet, but light and easy to drink. I would like to drink it on festive occasions.

After leaving the store, I went to the event venue and immediately purchased a ticket. I asked for the only local sake from the Shodoshima Sake Brewery, which I had never tried before. From the three types of sake available, I decided to have this one, which had a slightly longer name, because it was not a standard sake, but rather the most popular one. The aroma is not so strong, but it is soft. Yes, it is delicious and easy to drink! It is not as sweet as I thought it would be, and the acidity is perfectly balanced. I only wish it was a little easier on the wallet... The bottle shape is cute and it would be good as a gift.

Lastly, we have Miyasaka, which has recently become a staple at the restaurant. I thought it might be a bit heavy, but it is also very clear and easy to drink. It is also clear and easy to drink. It was not as sweet as I expected, and the moderate acidity and slight bitterness made it very easy to drink! The sake brewer is very enthusiastic about it and says it will be available all year round, so we expect to see a different rice variety as well. I was envious of the proprietress, who drank some of the sake we had compared, but she told me about a Sake Day event nearby, so I had to leave for today.

I was thinking about what to drink, when I heard the restaurant's recommendation, so I went for my first Shichibonshiryari. It was a Shichibonshiryari with a classical label, not the one with the logo I usually see, but it was a little light and easy to drink. The alcohol content was normal, but it was very elegant. It has a deep flavor, but the clarity of the taste is very mysterious.

There was another delicious looking bubbly, so I asked him to open the bottle. It was spewing grandly before my eyes... In contrast to the sweet aroma, the sweetness is held back by the carbonation, making it clear and slightly dry. The slight carbonation is pleasant and refreshing. It has a cool and refreshing taste that can be drunk while eating, and I would like to welcome it into my home!

Although it has cooled down somewhat, it is still humid until the evening... At such times, I regularly want to drink Tenkaeru! I don't have to tell you how I feel about it. Why isn't it in the fridge?

Yesterday and the day before yesterday, the temperature dropped dramatically, making it very comfortable even at night. It is inevitable that we naturally reach for alcoholic beverages when the body's burden is reduced to such a low level... I was in a good mood, so I opened a bottle of "Uchiage Hanabi" (fireworks)! The sound of the crown opening makes me feel even better. The aroma is very fruity. The bubbles are very fine and the slight bitterness and acidity are released as soon as it hits the palate. It is a sake that evokes the fleetingness of a moment rather than the dynamic, powerful, and vividness that one might associate with fireworks. Kabutomushi was also delicious, but I think this one is better for me because it is not as clear as that one (or I like it). I would definitely like to drink it again next year!

Good evening, Jay & Nobby😊. The hot summer has finally come to an end! The heat wave and the lingering summer heat are impressive, so the arrival of autumn will be more emotional and I will be able to drink more while thinking about various things 😔.

A souvenir from an acquaintance who went on a business trip to Kyushu! Thank you! And, I opened the bottle immediately. The first sip has a light sweetness from the rice, but it is dry and voluptuous. It has a refreshing aftertaste, so we drank it with rice while talking, and it was empty before we knew it... It's a good amount to drink alone.

It's the time of year for hiyaoroshi, but lately I've been drinking at the rate of once a week, so I haven't been able to do much about it, and my fridge has been so overwhelmed that there's almost nothing but sake in the refrigerated space 😅. I'll do my best to save space this week... I thought I would drink some summer sake since it's still extremely hot in September, but it was surprisingly comfortable this evening, so I'll start with hiyaoroshi..! Sweet aroma like peaches. The mild sweetness spreads slowly, with a gentle lingering bitterness at the end. The way it spreads on the palate is voluptuous and seems to be a good match for the coming pleasant season. I wish the noon temperature would drop a little more...
