Next up is HOMASU's Shi-No-Brewery😋. Every time I open a bottle of Hozu, I want to peel off the sticker, but I've never succeeded. I thought I opened the bottle carefully, but the cork flew out with a pop 🌠. Compared to the Kako, the aroma is more subdued and the chouxiness is a little more pronounced. The sweetness and bitterness are clear from start to finish. It is very elegant and well put together. I had an image that it was more wild, but I felt it was very cool 😏. Also, when I drank it a few days later, I found that although the schwarziness was a little less, it was still enough to be felt in the mouth, and the sweetness was much more pronounced. The sharp impression was moderately full and gentle. ☺️

The fine bubbles at the beginning are still present, and the sweetness felt in the mouth is moderate. From the middle to the end, it finishes with a soft bitterness with a moderately fine line. Overall, the impression is gorgeous and dry💕. The graininess that lingers in the mouth after drinking, which I did not feel the last time I drank this wine. There is also a slightly malt-like atmosphere. I was thinking of leaving some of it to enjoy the changes in aroma and taste over time, But as I put it back in the fridge and drank some other clay, I noticed that it had reappeared and was empty... 😂

So, I had some Bunraku which was given to me by a friend of mine. It's been a while since I've had Bunraku-san, but the sweetness and flavor at the moment of drinking is violent, not unlike the label 😁. I couldn't help but say "sweet", perhaps because the comparison I just drank was with Kaze no Mori. It is voluptuous and drinkable, and the aftertaste is not that strong, so there is a good sense of having drunk it. I had an image of it being more relaxed, but I felt a nice gap 😚.

Long time no see Wind Forest 😋. I saw petit for the first time and I am taking it home. The bottle is cool and sleek. ✨️ The amount of 375ml is just right for drinking up. I didn't feel the piquancy after opening my mouth as much as I thought I would. The complexity that makes you think "Oh, it's Wind Forest" at the moment of drinking is also quite soft. The sweetness and umami can be felt honestly and smoothly, and then the acidity and bitterness are there 😊. With this size and this mouthfeel, you will finish it in no time, so it is good to be able to complete it while it is still fresh. I don't buy many cups or small amounts of alcohol, but I felt the concept was different from that one.

The last one is also a long time ago, but it might be my first time to drink Dewa Sanzu 😆. It's kind of gorgeous from the color of the label: ✨️ It's a voluptuous sake, but the sweetness that comes gradually makes it seem elegant and makes you want to drink it slowly and carefully 😚.

This is my first visit to Nagatorogura. The label is very cool 😊. The aroma is soft and fruity. It is not as heavy as I expected and has a good balance of light sweetness and a lingering bitterness. I thought it would be more classic, but I was surprised by the gap.

After quenching your thirst at Kotoko-san, move on and drink again! I try to buy it when it's in stock, since there are not many places that sell it here. I've never seen it here. It was cold right after the store opened, so the clarity was high and it was refreshing and clean! It's easy to drink with a hint of sweetness. It feels like a "Soon" drink.

We went to Kotokosan as usual to celebrate a friend's Tokyo headquarters award ceremony 😊. First of all, let's toast with our newest sake. The summer sake of Drunken Whale is the green bottle of Ginrei Summer. This one is a first for us! It has a moderate acidity and is very refreshing and easy to drink! It was hot that day as well, but the temperature didn't get in the way and I was able to drink it easily 😚.

The last one was Kukai, which I drank a while ago in my hometown. I remember that it was delicious, so I was relieved to repeat it. In the end, we missed our goal of 720 ml per person by 60 ml, which was regrettable since we could have drunk more 🤣. SakeLabo Tokyo, which I had hoped to visit, was also very good for enjoying sake. Not only the volume of the food, but also the waiter's frequent attention to our needs, explanations of the sake and stories about it and the local area, etc., made us satisfied with the service in situations other than the food and drinks. 🙇‍♂️ I don't have that many chances, but I hope to go back and finish the race this time 😆.
