Cherry blossoms purchased at last month's Sangdo Shinpyo party were opened: ✨️
I was actually going to open it earlier, but there was no time to drink it and for some mysterious reason it was called pre-Mother's Day 🤣(probably because I was happy to have any excuse to drink it).
I drank Umehana at the banquet and was impressed by its slightly cloudy and very light taste, and its fruity and light sweetness in the mouth.
This was my first Sakurabana...
First of all, the rich flavor of rice spreads!
Is it rich and thick? The bitter aftertaste is not as heavy as I thought it would be at the end.
It's quite drinkable 😙.
I was drinking it with a moist ham cutlet rice cracker, but it was as strong as the spicy sauce flavor of the rice cracker, and both the sweet and the salty were gone without stopping 😱.
