I was determined to have a light drink on a hot day! I was determined to drink light on a hot day! We opened the bottle before the victory party to commemorate the completion of an acquaintance's exam. With a 40% rice polishing ratio and low alcohol content, it was very clear and refreshing! It is not so glamorous, but it is so easy to drink that you may wonder if it is even sake at all. It is so easy to drink that you may mistake it for a soft drink without even feeling the alcohol. It is so easy to drink that you would mistake it for a soft drink without even feeling the alcohol. It was also a perfect celebration drink, which I will have to buy again next year... (I really happened to be able to buy it this year.)

With a typhoon about to hit, we couldn't even go outside anyway, so we chose to drink... I chose this one, which I bought as a label! Is it just me, or does the tropical label and classic font give me a Showa-era feeling? It is voluptuous at the beginning, with a persistent sweetness and umami, followed by a moderate acidity that refreshes the palate. The lingering aftertaste is also small, clear and cool, which I could not have imagined from the label. Thanks to the typhoon, the temperature was not too high, and it was gone in no time with the snacks. Thinking that the hot days will continue even in September, I will be reaching for sake that I won't get tired of drinking yet.

Finally feeling better after the mysterious fever, I was relieved to see that the test results were normal. I was careful not to drink too much, so I picked up a can of Tasake (rice wine), which seemed to be perfect for drinking up. When I opened the bottle, the aroma was flowery and fruity! The taste is sweet and tasty, with a slight bitterness and a light dryness in the latter half. It is rather robust, so even a one-pack can is very satisfying. However, it is still not enough. I'll have to adjust the amount as I see how it goes...

Hi sibylla_tks. I'm sorry to hear about your mysterious fever 😷. I'm relieved to hear that you can drink a little, but don't overdo it🍀. I found out about this one last year and didn't get it again this year: ⤵️ I hope to drink next year 🎵

Hi, ma-ki-san. I happened to be in a store that sold only in-store and only one bottle per person, including other tasake, so I chose one that I could easily drink 😅. The labeling is cool, so please come next year, ma-ki-san!

To begin with, the aroma that comes to you after opening the bottle is already different. The color is golden like beer. It is different from any other Kaze no Mori I have ever had. The slight bitterness and faint sweetness that comes as soon as you take a sip. And then the roasted brown rice? The mouth is filled with a hint of roasted brown rice, and it finishes with a refreshing acidity. It is not at all like sake, but more like whiskey or other beverages. I think it is better to drink it while savoring the roasted flavor. It was a very interesting sake!

Before it got really hot, I went to a liquor store for the first time and asked for something refreshing. I opened a bottle of Narumi, which was recommended to me when I requested it! Thanks to my careful opening of the bottle, I managed to keep it from spilling out, but just as I turned the screw cap all the way down and was about to pour it out, it was delayed and all at once gas gushed out. I quickly tightened the cap and let it settle down, but it was a waste of time. I was warned to be careful when opening the bottle. The label description said it had a refreshing sourness like squeezed grapefruit, so I was surprised when the lactic acid aroma was the first thing I noticed after pouring! There was a slight yogurtiness, but then a grapefruit-like sourness, a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, and a lingering gas. Very interesting and easy to drink! I didn't have much of an appetite, so I had mozzarella, prosciutto, tomatoes, and onions marinated and drank a bottle with them... I don't know why I drink even if I don't have an appetite!

The days are still hot, but I want to trip into a cooler mood at least! I'm reaching for the sparkler that I had put aside to drink more later... After opening the bottle, a gorgeous, acidic aroma spreads. From the characteristic acidity to the slight bitterness, the overall impression is mellow and calm, and from the impression of the gorgeous aroma to the mouthfeel, it is truly a sparkler! It does not feel too heavy, so I was going to drink a little bit of it to cool off, but before I knew it, there was only a little left 😂. I don't feel that the order is reversed, but maybe the next one will be a fireworks display?

Hi sibylla_tks 😃. You can have Senkori's sparkler🎇 peacefully 🎇 ☺️ We have Hato Masamune's HANABI waiting in our fridge, so we hope to launch it soon 🚀.

Hi Jay & Nobby! Hato Masamune's HANABI looks delicious and I'm jealous... It's too physically demanding to go see live fireworks anymore, so I'll be setting them off at home every year.

I opened a bottle of 507 today to compare it with the 807 I drank the other day, which is a dewy leaf style. Like 807, it has a very fruity aroma. It has a slightly effervescent taste, but it does not interfere with the taste, and it goes from a slight sweetness to the umami that is typical of Kaze no Mori, and finally to bitterness. Compared to 807, the sweetness and bitterness seem clearer and more pronounced. The overall strength of the 807 was felt more strongly than the 807. It is strange that after 50% polishing it still tastes more complex! I think both 807 and 507 are distinctive and cosmetically pleasing. I was surprised that the cork flew out with a "pop" when I put it on the table after drinking and talking or eating for a while with the cork on!

I went to the liquor store to buy it for the ride?light I drank before, but it was already sold out😭. I went for a little higher alcohol, but it was a sparkling Junmai Namaishu that seemed to be perfect for the summer! I checked and it seems to be made with white malt, so I guess it's a citric acid sweet and sour type of sake. The light was clearly labeled as "sweet and sour junmai sake", but I wonder what the difference is... When I opened the bottle, there was a refreshing sweet and sour aroma. It has a gaseous taste, but it is moderately sweet and sour, and it refreshes the palate. The balance of sweetness and acidity is well balanced, round and clear! If it were served by the glass alone, I would accept it even if I were told it was sparkling wine... I tend not to reach for heavy sake in the summer, but I think this fizzy, sweet and sour coolness will be well received by younger people who tend to shy away from sake. It has 9% alcohol content, and I hope they will put it in convenience stores instead of the STRONG type sake that seems to disappear eventually...

We opened a bottle of Hanaboe, which we had not been able to get our hands on because we were scared of the "beware of opening the bottle" tag, because we couldn't stand the heat! But it opened easily without spilling, probably because it had been chilled so hard... But it didn't mix well, so I put the lid back on and turned it upside down a few times! Bubbles! The first thing that came after opening the bottle was a sweet and sour lactic acid aroma. When I drank it, I expected the unique sourness of the previous Hanaboe, but there was no characteristic sourness like that, and it was really a lactic acid beverage with a pleasantly refreshing gasiness! It is somehow similar to the doburoku made by Ina and Agape. Although it has 17% alcohol by volume, it does not have an alcoholic taste, and if you drink it in gulps because it is refreshing and tasty, you may be in for a world of pain later... The stirring didn't seem to have gone well, and the amount of lees in my drink was different from that of the person I was drinking it with, so when I drank my friend's, it was something else, even more silky and thick... Perhaps it is because I have been drinking a lot of characteristic summer sake lately, but drinking something in a different direction seems to have given me a new discovery, and I may have started to seek something more unusual. In any case, I can easily recommend this Hanaboe to many people and will personally repeat it!

After opening the bottle, the sweet melon-like aroma is irresistible. There was not as much gas as expected, but the complexity in the mouth was amazing, probably due to the 80% polished rice ratio! It was a very enjoyable sake that started out with "Oh, it's just like Kaze no Mori," but then the sweetness, umami, and bitterness came out, and the gaseous sensation made it enjoyable in the aftertaste. It has weight, but it doesn't get heavy and doesn't get boring, so I think I like it a lot.

I finally found a liquor store in the city that carried it and bought it! They had a wide variety of other Kaze no Mori varieties and a fair amount of Summer Night Sky, so I bought some for a friend of mine as well. I knew it would taste great no matter how many times I drank it! And it's only 500ml, so it goes quickly... I thought it would be good for me because it was cosy and easy to drink, and I would feel less guilty if I had to buy another bottle even if it was empty. But when I went there today, the summer night sky that was there so much is completely gone! I was thinking of buying another bottle of ALPHA6 if I wanted to, but that one is gone too... Buy it when you find it! I should have savored it more... I should have savored it more...

This was one of the sake bottles selected by the sake shop we visited for the first time after requesting a refreshing and unusual sake. From the aroma, it has a sweet and sour taste, but since it was chilled to a crisp, the sweetness was subdued while it was chilled. The acidity is citric acid, which is unique to white yeast malt, but the acidity does not assert itself at the front, and the sweetness and bitterness are cut by the acidity, making the sake easy to drink. When it gets close to room temperature, you can taste sweetness and bitterness, and it becomes very mellow, but I think I like it better when it is cooled down. The acidity is perfect for drinking in summer, and you will not get tired of drinking it. It won't last 2 days... Is it white koji and cirocodile? I wonder if it is? If you say white crocodile, I can only think of Hisashi Eguchi.

I drank so much at a drinking party the week before last that I lost my memory for the first time in decades, so I've been absent from drinking for the past week... I had a drink at the Gobashi restaurant (five bridges) brought to me by an acquaintance who said "It was delicious! I had a drink at Five in Gobashi, which was brought to me by a friend of mine who said, "It was delicious! The "see pink elephants" on the label is an expression of severe drunkenness or something... Did you see it? The bottle was already opened, so I don't know what it was like right after, but it has a very light sweet aroma. The mouthfeel is also very light! And although you can feel the sweetness all over, it is elegant, clean without heaviness, and easy to drink. The alcohol content is normal, but you don't feel much alcohol, so it is even gentle on your body after a day off from drinking! It is so easy to drink that it almost makes you drink too much... I don't want to get intoxicated anymore!

Good morning, sibylla_tks! You drank too much the week before last 💧. Drunkenness scares me too 💧. PINK is delicious ✨ I remember getting it last year and it was so beautiful and easy to drink 😊.

Hi, ma-ki! I was very happy to find that PINK was very easy to drink and tasted great, probably because it was the first drink I had had in a week. I heard that there were other drinks in the same series sold, so I wanted to try more than just PINK...

Today we opened a bottle of Tenmei's summer sake, which was recommended to us at the liquor store the other day. The aroma is softly sweet. The mouthfeel is light, soft, and elegantly sweet! Yum! The acidity is slightly perceptible in the aftertaste, but overall, the sweetness and acidity are moderate, and the wine is easy to drink. It is light and gentle, so you will not get tired of drinking it.

I was finally able to open the bottle today! It rained all day long and the humidity and discomfort level was high... The clarity drowns out this fuzziness! There is not so much sweetness, and after the acidity spreads all over the mouth, there is a refreshingly soft aftertaste. I had no appetite, didn't eat any rice, and drank the salted caramel peanuts as a snack, and almost finished it... Watch out, watch out, watch out.

I went on a search to buy the ride I drank before, but it was sold out! Instead, I bought a few bottles of sake from Sakai Sake Brewery. I was already struck by its appearance. As the name suggests, it is brewed with rum yeast! I heard that it is brewed with rum yeast! I opened the bottle and took a sip! It was sweet! And then, "Rum! Rum! It tastes light and rummy on the palate! The sweetness and deliciousness spreads softly and disappears softly. It has no peculiarities and is very easy to drink. I drank it while eating some chocolate...

Even though it was dreary and cloudy, temperatures were normal. However, the humidity is too high and it is hot and humid! Today, I wanted to feel refreshed even if the quantity is not so great, so I bought some Aki Tiger from this month's sake festival! When I tasted it, it was so easy to drink that I bought it immediately, and now it's time to open the bottle. The 330 ml bottle is easy to finish, which is also a high point! After popping the bottle open, the aroma is fresh and citrusy. The sweetness is moderate, and the gaseous and bitter taste refreshes the palate. The grapefruitiness is very much to my liking!

I couldn't stop drinking it, so I had a bottle of sake with a package tag, which I had left out to open later. I had a record of drinking some Kafuda-shu a few years ago, but I had no idea what sake was at that time. I didn't even know which one I drank... So, I forgot my old memories and called it my first kafuda-shu... The aroma is fresh and clean! Juicy flavor and sweetness right from the start. The volume is also quite good, but it's also very clean. It's so sharp and clean. I couldn't stop drinking it, and I kept drinking it, and in the second half I was drinking it at almost room temperature. However, when drinking it at room temperature, it tastes different from when drinking it chilled, and if anything, it tastes like delicious water. It tastes like good water... I drank too much.

I found it at a liquor store when I was in Okayama the other day and bought it. I was wondering what it was all about when I read on the POP in the store that it would run out three times as fast, I was wondering what it meant, but I noticed it after I took a picture to drink it (too late). It was the first time I drank sake brewed from comets, but it was very clear and had a beautiful sweetness, and although it had 16% alcohol, I felt no weight. It has a very clear, beautiful sweetness and although it has 16% alcohol, it does not make you feel heavy and refreshing. It quickly fades away with a slight spiciness lingering in the aftertaste. No wonder it ran out three times as fast as it did.

I was so impressed with the ALPHA1 I drank the other day that I got my hands on the ALPHA6 I had set aside to drink a little later... Another one I like! From the elegant fruit aroma, a refreshing gasiness. And this one also has an elegant sweetness and acidity that is exquisite! Rich in flavor and the bitterness in the aftertaste is also pleasant. 500ml,, only 500ml?
