We went to Kotokosan as usual to celebrate a friend's Tokyo headquarters award ceremony 😊. First of all, let's toast with our newest sake. The summer sake of Drunken Whale is the green bottle of Ginrei Summer. This one is a first for us! It has a moderate acidity and is very refreshing and easy to drink! It was hot that day as well, but the temperature didn't get in the way and I was able to drink it easily 😚.

The last one was Kukai, which I drank a while ago in my hometown. I remember that it was delicious, so I was relieved to repeat it. In the end, we missed our goal of 720 ml per person by 60 ml, which was regrettable since we could have drunk more 🤣. SakeLabo Tokyo, which I had hoped to visit, was also very good for enjoying sake. Not only the volume of the food, but also the waiter's frequent attention to our needs, explanations of the sake and stories about it and the local area, etc., made us satisfied with the service in situations other than the food and drinks. 🙇‍♂️ I don't have that many chances, but I hope to go back and finish the race this time 😆.

It is said to be from the neighboring Okayama Prefecture, but I had no idea about this brand 😆. It is said to be 100% Omachi from Okayama. It has a gorgeous, fruity flavor that goes well with the colorful label. It has a balanced and cohesive impression without being sharp 😊.

A male waiter recommended Toyo Bijin's Jihanbeni. I had had Jundo Ittou before, but this was my first time to try Jihanbeni. From the label, it looked delicious😋. When I drank it, I thought it would be sharp, but the sweetness and umami flavor spread quickly! Still, it has a light aftertaste, so it's not heavy and you can drink it easily 😆.

Totally new to SG. I had no idea where it was from, but it is said to be from Tochigi Prefecture. That's because you can't find it here. It has a firm body and sweetness, but the other bitterness and acidity are more noticeable. It's a bit characteristic, which is good 😚.

I thought I could probably drink it at Sakelabo, so it was my first time at Isshaku Suisei, which was not my choice for the Ginjo Tuna the day before 😀. Like the Sasasamune that I just had, it was fruity, but overall, it was calm and rather easy to drink. It was perfect with octopus and basil 😋.

I haven't opened zero yet, so I was avoiding Senkou-san 😀. I ended up drinking the first bottle first 🤣. It's delicious as a matter of course. High average score. Although it doesn't have the impact of the first time I drank organic naturals, it would be a great luxury if I could drink it as an everyday drink.

I have been wanting to try True White for a long time, but have not been able to meet them. We finally met, but both of us painfully forgot to take a picture. I was ready to drink it because it was an Omachi, but it was a bit too much. I was prepared to drink it, but it turned out to be a bit of a letdown. But it turned out to be a dokkoi. It's kind of clear! I thought it was supposed to be thicker, but it was so thin and delicious that it's frustratingly hard to describe! And it's frustrating that I didn't get any pictures of it.

First time amayadori Is it the time of year from now on? 🤔 It's a cute label, but the clerk told me that the illustration on the tumbler for yawaragi water was also designed by the same person, so I hurriedly took a picture of them side by side. It was sweet and sour, but the acidity was not too strong and the taste was very calm. It was a somewhat relaxing sake, and I picked it up and drank it slowly and without hesitation 😊.

It was described as "karakuchi", but it was not a heavy drink, but rather a light and umakuchi-like drink. It has a delicious flavor, but it is also refreshing and clean. It is easy to drink even though it is called "Karakuchi" and goes well with a meal! It's a good match with food 😆.
