A male waiter recommended Toyo Bijin's Jihanbeni.
I had had Jundo Ittou before, but this was my first time to try Jihanbeni.
From the label, it looked delicious😋.
When I drank it, I thought it would be sharp, but the sweetness and umami flavor spread quickly!
Still, it has a light aftertaste, so it's not heavy and you can drink it easily 😆.

I thought I could probably drink it at Sakelabo, so it was my first time at Isshaku Suisei, which was not my choice for the Ginjo Tuna the day before 😀.
Like the Sasasamune that I just had, it was fruity, but overall, it was calm and rather easy to drink. It was perfect with octopus and basil 😋.

I have been wanting to try True White for a long time, but have not been able to meet them.
We finally met, but both of us painfully forgot to take a picture.
I was ready to drink it because it was an Omachi, but it was a bit too much. I was prepared to drink it, but it turned out to be a bit of a letdown.
But it turned out to be a dokkoi. It's kind of clear! I thought it was supposed to be thicker, but it was so thin and delicious that it's frustratingly hard to describe!
And it's frustrating that I didn't get any pictures of it.

It's a cute label, but the clerk told me that the illustration on the tumbler for yawaragi water was also designed by the same person, so I hurriedly took a picture of them side by side.

I think this one is even less sweet than the Sake Mirai, or rather, more tame.
The acidity makes it easier to drink, so I have the impression that this one is better suited for moist drinking 😚.

After the toast, a pre-drink, which is only available in the course, is served before the first course item arrives.
At first, there was Jikon, so I ordered it without knowing which one of Jikon it was, but it was a sake future that I hadn't tasted yet! 😀
I don't know if Sake Mirai has some kind of image color or what, but they all look cool and blue-ish, don't they?
A little tender, maybe? The sweetness that is not too heavy despite its voluptuousness and the acidity that shows up at the right time seem to make it easier to drink overall. I want to sip it every day!

A friend of mine was being honored at the Tokyo headquarters, and we decided to celebrate at Sakelabo Tokyo, a place I've been wanting to visit for a long time. The celebratory mood was at its best with drinks starting at 3:00 p.m. in a beautiful space. ✨️
Basically, we asked the waiter to choose the sake that matched the course, and we shared the sake while aiming for 720ml per person.
For the toast, the waiter recommended the first KAWABU!
The label is simple and stylish, just like wine. It is cloudy and cloudy, but it is clean, fruity, and slightly light and refreshing!
The lingering bitterness that lingers a little afterward is somehow pleasant.
