Risshun Asa Shibori✨This is my third year. This is my third year. The third year I bought the Naruto sea bream Risshun Asa Shibori. Unfortunately, my hometown of Kagawa doesn't seem to have it, so I guess this is all they sell in Shikoku😊. When I went to pick up the sake I had reserved, the sake was stacked in a small area and they were busy preparing labels, novelties, etc. I'm really bowled over by the work that goes into each sake brewery after they pick it up from Kagawa. 🙇‍♂️ You can feel the blessings! The most important thing to remember is that you can't just go to the store and buy a new one, you have to go to the store and buy a new one. They also had Risshun Asa Shibori, so I had a glass of Tsukasa Botan. I drank it the year before last and my impression was that it was "powerful with a sense of blessing", but as I sipped it, it seemed to have mellowed. I was most impressed by the fact that it had mellowed as I drank more and more of it! That was my best impression 😆. This year's Shibobotan has a sweetness that spreads from the first sip, yet it goes down smoothly. It is very easy to drink 😌. It was difficult to explain the calendar and lucky charms to the Korean tourists next door 😣. He was very interested in it and drank it with great interest.

The owner became very passionate in explaining the recommended sake and eventually started a sake discussion with the regulars. Contrived 😆. The sake is made by a method called "tobin-oi", which is to collect the sake that has been dripping without being pressed. The aroma is like brandy. The aroma has a calm atmosphere. Unlike the aroma, the mouthfeel starts with a strong umami flavor, but it disappears without any lasting power, leaving a sense of freshness. The slow extraction process seems to have enhanced the delicacy and transparency of the sake without stressing it. It was a very mysterious sake. It is not easy to come here, but I definitely want to visit again. I told the owner that I was getting too old. He made a bad joke that if I picked up the phone, it meant he wasn't dead, so I should call him before coming! I will be back!

I was glad to be welcomed safely and warmly, but I was told that the restaurant closes at 9:45 p.m. today because the general manager had some business to attend to, and since I entered at 9:00 p.m., I had 45 minutes to spare! The first drink was chosen by the waiters, so I had to choose what I wanted to drink and what I wanted to eat from the many cases. There were so many kinds of drinks that I had no idea what to drink! It was suddenly like a time attack. I'm suddenly in the mood for a time attack... So, I decided to try Hana-yosu, which made its debut the other day😅. I was just thinking that I would like to try another HANA-YOSU because it was different from what I imagined when I drank it for the first time! (I didn't know I'd get that chance so soon) Hi! This is it! This is what I imagined! The aroma is gorgeous and the mouthfeel is smooth and sweet. The lingering slight bitterness is also a gifted type 😚. The waiters in the back didn't seem to know about the early closing and were arguing over which one to drink next in front of the case 😄.

Okamura-chan's live concert was the last one of the year, so the excitement was great 🤗. He's turning 60 this year? No way! Can he sing and dance like that? What's even more amazing is that Koji Kikkawa was also performing next to him on the same day... Yutaka Ozaki😭 I'm sorry for the long introduction, but after the concert, we visited "Sake no Nasu" 😏. It was quite a deep restaurant, but the first drink that the three guys who seemed to be regulars chose for us was a Hiroshima sake. I requested a sake that looked easy to drink, but the color and aroma looked quite challenging... However, once you sip it, you will be surprised by its sweetness! Unlike fruity or gorgeous, it was strong, smooth, and mellow, and after the sweetness of the rice was felt, it was also surprisingly refreshing without leaving any residue on the palate. I guess I should listen to the advice of my predecessors! There is no way I could have chosen it myself😳

Well, I ordered the Basque cheesecake, which passed right in front of me, and I didn't want to miss it. It was almost time to check in, but I ordered a 14yo as well 😋. You never know when you will be able to come back next time! The aroma is a bit apple and pear-like. The sweetness and pleasant sourness sink in.... The bitterness that lingers afterwards is also good. The cheese was also delicious (apart from the combination of sake and cheesecake). The food is delicious, and there are many drinks... Not enough to drink & eat yet! We met Jikin-san, whom you said the other day was hard to meet, here we are again 😆. A delicious looking roast beef passed in front of me, so I ordered it along with Jikin-san. Food is usually only 400 yen, so no need to agonize over it 🤣. This pinkish Jikin has a stronger impression of sweetness and is more gorgeous than the Hachitan-Nishiki Jikin I drank the other day. I felt it was even more so because of the acidity. It also had bitterness, but I didn't feel it so much. Who ordered the basque cheesecake?

I went to Yasuyuki Okamura's live concert in Hiroshima 😁. As soon as I arrived in Hiroshima, I went to Stand Lokey, which I had wanted to try before checking in at the inn 🏃. It was just after lunchtime and the place was already crowded, but I managed to slip in at the counter! First, I ordered a sake from Hiroshima, Kamo Kanehide's B.B., which I had never seen before. It's called "Black Beauty". The aroma is subdued, but the umami and sweetness that comes the moment you drink it are full and gentle! You can enjoy the lingering taste gradually. It went well with the sashimi platter we ordered. The menu is full of delicious looking sake and food, and when I saw what other people were ordering, I couldn't stop looking around...

CEL24, known as Kameizumi. This is a Takagi sake brewed with the new yeast L.CEL24. And since it is a Concept Workers Slection and the other CWS sakes were also delicious, we have high expectations for this one. After opening the bottle, you can smell the piney aroma: 👍️ It has a great sweetness, but it's not too strong, so it's easy to understand and you can't help but gulp it down. I'm sure Umeko will be keeping this a secret. I was gulping it down when I noticed that the inside of the glass was cloudy towards the end... I forgot that it was a bit cloudy, so I only drank the top clear part of the glass! I love the clarity of the supernatant 😘.

After ordering oyakodon and other dishes to finish off the meal, I tried not to look at it from the moment I entered the restaurant... The bright red bottle that stands out in the case ✨ I can't help but drink this 😏😏. The aroma is softly sweet, though it's supposed to be super spicy. The mouthfeel is not harsh, but dry and smooth 😚. I miss the sharp and clean sake when I drink only sweet and tasty sake. I'm sure there are many different spicy ones, but the fact that you don't feel any alcohol in this sake is what makes it so badass 😆.

Another first time drinker, Wakamusume 😊. I wanted to drink it slowly, so I ordered it with Fudo, which seemed to be dry. The first Wakamusume was a smooth, moist, elegant sweet sake with a fresh feel! Even after drinking all this, I still haven't fallen off the wagon. Do I have enough for this year?

This is another Jikin-san that I am not related to. I don't have a chance to drink it very often 😭 When was the last time you had it? I am not sure if I remember, but I remember it was delicious. I think this is the first time for me to drink Hachitan-Nishiki sake. After the sweetness and acidity that reminded me of fruitiness, there was a bitterness that I could feel riding on the tip of my tongue. Isn't it exquisite? It was a little too good to guzzle... I wish I could buy this one too...

I kept missing the lottery and the limited sales didn't even show up on the purchase page. I was wondering when I would be able to drink it again 🎊. Finally, I met him! The Hana-yosu label really makes me feel good 😭. The aroma gave me a gorgeous impression, but the taste was completely different, well-balanced and elegant. More fruity! Juicy! I thought it was going to be full-bodied, but it was smooth and dry 💮. I drank it quickly and thought it was not something to be sipped deeply! I wonder when I can drink it again...

It had been a while since I had eaten out on a weekday night, so I went to a place where I could relax and have dinner and drinks. The sake menu was full of sake that I had never tried before! First, let's toast with a glass of sake called "Hiran". It has a fruity aroma and a rather strong sweetness! The aroma is like sour grapes, but this aroma is also rather subdued. The mouthfeel is also clearly sharp and acidic, but the sweetness and umami follow it and finish it as it is. It is like a white wine. I drank it while eating mikan (mandarin oranges) on the kotatsu (a Japanese tablecloth) instead of eating a side dish, and yes, it was already empty! Maybe it's because I've been drinking a lot of cloudy wines lately, but I feel that crisp, sweet and sour wines are delicious. I must buy it again. kotatsu, mandarin oranges...cat 🤔

Received this week and opened the bottle immediately 😆. The impression of the aroma when the bottle is opened is quiet but dignified. The cloudy color looks like powdered snow and fits the snowman on the label! After having just finished a bottle, it is silky, dry, and easy to drink. I drank a second bottle while talking about something and ended up finishing it... I'm not sure why I drink so much when I can, as a reaction to taking a day off from drinking....

They send me some kind of alcohol one after another... We were lucky enough to get our hands on a bottle of Ninonozo, so we're going to open a bottle to replace the one from last year 😙. I think it's been a while since I've had a bottle of Ninosake, probably because I couldn't afford it so I kept it... I was not impressed by the image of the last time I drank it... It's been a while since I drank it, but it's still delicious! I had put it away so carefully, but I drank a bottle in no time because it had changed 😭. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to start drinking sake.
