For someone I see so often, this is my first time at Hidakami 😊.
It's also a sweet-ish type of sake, but I think it's a very sharp and light sweet sake.
It's a little heavy to drink at lunchtime, but it warmed me up nicely since it was cold in the morning... 🤣.

The last bottle of this month was a bottle of Yuma bought in Hakata 😃.
I bought it without any information, so I had a classic image of it, but it was smooth and refreshingly modern 🤤.

In honor of a friend's birthday (🎊), I pulled out a bottle of sake that had been lying dormant and seemed like it would go well with the celebration and opened the bottle.
