After cooling down at Gobashi and Kaze no Mori, we ordered Shinsei, which was in stock. They said the S-type was already sold out, so we ordered the R-type. It had the typical Shinmasa sweetness of white peaches, a touch of gasiness, and a good acidity that quickly quenched. No matter how many times I drink it, I can't believe it is sake. I ordered a side dish and drank it while savoring it so that it wouldn't run out too soon.

Next, from the new arrival, we have Kaze no Mori ALPAHA1, which we drank last time... but the label is somehow different! Looking back at the photo folder, I see that last time it was the door to the next chapter, and today's is the night sky in summer, and the color of the label is different. The alcohol content is also lower at 11 degrees. The first sip is a shock! This is delicious! I guess the lower alcohol content makes it easier to drink, but I think I prefer it to the last one I had. I think I prefer this one to the one I had last time. It has a gaseous taste, but it's not that pronounced, so it's a nice accent, fruity but complex. It's refreshing and this is only for a moment! ...See, it was just a moment. It's gone now. I want to buy this one after Gohashi!

After purchasing a few bottles of sake, I took the train back to my hometown. After arriving at the station and doing some shopping at the station building, it was just past the... It was difficult to go back home without passing through. I went out of my way to see the newly arrived sake on the shelves, so I started with Gobashi. As the label says, it is sweet and sour, refreshing, and low in alcohol at 6%! Another hot day! It was hot and humid! Isn't it perfect to start drinking on a day like this? It has a fizzy feeling, sweet and sour without being overpowering, and although it is 6%, the alcohol content that you can feel is zero. It quenches my dry throat from all the walking I've done so far... but while I was taking pictures, my glass was empty. I want to buy one and drink it at home.

The second type of paid tasting, Yamamoto SPARKLING! ...but... It was the last 45ml, but it was almost all lees, so they said they would serve it, which was lucky in a way. It was like that, so it looked almost like the first glass of DOBUROKU. The gasiness was faint and probably not what it was supposed to be. The sweetness of the rice is also cut off moderately and leaves a good bitter taste. We were lucky to be able to taste it in its rare state for free, but we would like to try it in its original state as well!

After a light lunch, I went to Takeda-san to buy some sake in another prefecture before leaving. There was a sake tasting available for a fee! I was so excited, but some brands were already sold out. I had already bought and drank the same sake before, so I tasted the other two. It was hot outside, and the cooled doburoku was delicious... The taste of doburoku is very smooth with a light sweetness. But it has an aftertaste that makes it easy to drink. The 45ml bottle was nothing more than a small bottle...

While on an errand in another prefecture, I went for a light lunchtime drink! I was thirsty, so after a few beers, I had a cold sake... The aroma is weak, but it is light and refreshing! It is perfect as a food sake because it does not interfere with the entrée and is still tasty. I envy that there are so many places where you can drink from noon...

The last one is Mutsu Hachisen! The bottle, colored like the clear sea, evokes a sense of summer! The sweetness is moderate and the mouthfeel is truly refreshing, but the brewed alcohol gives it body and a beautiful crispness. I lumped all of them together as "summer sake," but they all had different summery tastes, and it was a good comparison. I was so glad to be able to drink them all after a day off from drinking alcohol.

Summer is next! It's like summer! The aroma is moderate and the mouthfeel is light! It has a slight sweetness and is cut by acidity. I'm getting addicted to this type of wine lately. I like the refreshing, but I also like the light, acidic taste.

The label doesn't give the impression of summer, but it is a little sweet and fruity, yet refreshing. It's hot and easy to drink, which is perfect for summer! Clean ginjo aroma. The sweetness spreads slowly and juicy. The lingering finish is slightly long and a bit spicy. The sweetness at the beginning made me think it would be a bit sluggish, but the deep flavor and cleanness were quite strange!

I have had Beau Michelle several times, but this Sawanohana is new to me. From the melon-like aroma, the first sip reveals an elegant sweetness. The wine is not heavy, but cuts through the palate rather smoothly. It is delicious without any peculiarities!

From the sake festival purchases made last week, here are some crispy drinks to help you forget the daytime heat. The bottle has been open for several days and the aroma has largely disappeared, but there is a faint citrus aroma. I happened to get a Rokunoso of Yamadanishiki, so I also bought a Ninoso to compare. I couldn't resist opening the bottle of Ninonunomai that had arrived earlier... The taste is gaseous and crisp! Refreshingly fresh and soft! Sweet and tasty and gorgeous! Even the bitterness after the aftertaste is delicious! If the Rokunozo doesn't arrive soon, it will be gone before we can compare...

Clear sweetness and flavor. Fruity and gorgeous. The aftertaste is a little bitter, but it does not feel like sake. It has more body than the AIR, so it is very drinkable. I drank it in the cool of the evening while reading a book without any accompaniments...

The event ends with a spark of flax cat. I compared it with the non-sparky Flaxcat that my companion ordered, but I think I prefer the sparkling one because it is more enjoyable! The man beside me said, "That looks delicious," and I hope I contributed to the restaurant in some small way by giving him a gentle nudge in the back. I've been drinking quite a lot of different kinds and quantities since the day before yesterday, so I'll have to take a day off from drinking...

This one is also recommended by the proprietress. It has a slightly fruity flavor, but overall it is a dry, crisp, and refreshing sake. These were three summery sakes, but they all had their own unique characteristics and were all refreshing.
