I love Tajima Sake. I'm a fan of Nishida Shuzo, and I even buy their T-shirts.
But the name and the color of the bottle! He'll definitely be looking for it! LOL!
It has a refreshing taste and can be drunk easily.
Firmly cloudy. Strong fermentation, opening slowly. A fruity aroma with a tingling sensation in the mouth, but no unpleasant sensation at all. There is no unpleasant aftertaste at all. In fact, it's refreshing. The 11th bottle of the brewing process on January 11, 2019 was a memorable one.
The same rice and the same polish were used to compare drinking of raw sake and fire-roasted sake. I enjoyed the strength and freshness of this sake. This is my favorite sake with a lot of punch.
This drink is truly magical. And it's too good to be true!
There's nothing fancy or special about it, so why does it taste so good? Even if you drink it, you'll want to sip it again right away. The soft deliciousness complements the meal. The aftertaste is also beautiful.
A series made from the Shinryoku rice of Ryuryoku. Lately I've been hooked on this sake. The yearly limited edition muddy water is really good. It's also delicious.
The alcohol content is 15 degrees. It is fizzy to the point where you can hear a popping sound. The acidity is strong on the first day, but it becomes mild and refreshing on the second day and beyond. The aftertaste is short, so you'll want to sip it again sooner rather than later. Kuheji is really my favorite sake.
This is a collaboration between Toichi and Koshu Katsunuma Zosen, stored in wine barrels. The scotchy scent of the barrel drifts in the mouth for a moment, followed by a deep taste that fills the mouth. It has a long aftertaste, but it has no unpleasant taste and a refreshing aroma.
