Even when you look at this label, you can feel the history. Not only the label, but also the taste gives you a sense of the origins of Japanese sake. Because it is a hiyaoroshi sake, the aroma is subdued and the taste is robust. It has a nice crisp taste, and after tasting it cold, I tried it warmed up, but I preferred it cold.
