Genzo
Firmly cloudy. Strong fermentation, opening slowly. A fruity aroma with a tingling sensation in the mouth, but no unpleasant sensation at all. There is no unpleasant aftertaste at all. In fact, it's refreshing. The 11th bottle of the brewing process on January 11, 2019 was a memorable one.
