Today I received vegetables from Kochi from my hometown tax payment. I am thankful because the vegetables were too expensive to buy 🍅🥒.
The aroma is vanilla sweetness and also white grape feeling. On the palate, there is a fresh acidity that pops and a slight bitterness that squeezes like a white grape sensation. I have seen it before, but this is the first time I have had it. I've paired it with bok choy with soy sauce and ginger, cucumber with miso mayo, and asparagus with mentsuyu salted kelp and it's delicious. ☺️✨
There was an earthquake in Nagano and I was worried about my parents' house, but it seems they are ok. You never know what can happen 💦.
