Today we will be having Ni-Utsuri for the first time in a while. I've been wanting to drink it for a long time, so I stocked up at Mankichi Aoki and got a bottle of this sparkling lightly cloudy sparkling draft 🍶 It still takes some time to open the bottle because it fizzes, but that extra effort is something only Ni-Toshi can provide 💥. After about 5 minutes, the bottle was opened. The aroma is sweet and fresh, with hints of rum, cider, and muscat. On the palate, there is a stimulating dry acidity on the tip of the tongue, but the sweet flavor spreads and disappears cleanly. It is delicious with chikuwa, bell peppers, and green onions with chili shrimp. I think it would be a good match for a thicker food with aroma and richness, such as mapo doufu. Delicious 😊. Today was the first Bay Activity @ Hamasta this term. Unfortunately, it was cloudy at Hamasta after a long absence. It was a close game and it was close, but we managed to win 🌟.
