Today we will have the moon white of the packaged sake 🍶.
This is the first time for me to try this one.
The aroma is fresh, sharp and spicy. It also has a sense of alcohol.
When you sip it, you feel the crackling gas, umami, and sharpness. It is a little different from the usual sweet, umami, and acidic style of Kafuda sake. I would like to drink it with white fish such as sea bream sashimi. It is delicious with simmered dishes in light broth. ☺️✨
