My first Fukuoka sake! Pitchy and fizzy when opened. It is sweet and juicy even after some time, yet very easy to drink at 14% alcohol by volume! Pair it with stewed mori!
This is my first visit to Kangiku Meikozo. It was very sweet and tasty, just like the rumors!
It tasted just the way I like it!
I paired it with sushi!
This sake has the freshness and crispness that only a sake pressed in the morning of Risshun can have, and above all, it has a melon-like aroma. I have had many different kinds of sake, but this is the first time that I have ever felt such a melon aroma. It is not too sweet and can be served as an in-between-dinner drink.
My favorite sake that I drink every year. The sake that got me hooked on sake. I finally got to have it this season! It was rich, juicy and very tasty! Pair it with shime saba (mackerel).
When I drank it, it had sweetness, a little acidity, and most of all, richness! Richness!
It was delicious!
Pair it with Matsumae pickles for New Year's.
Immediately after opening the bottle, I felt the sweetness was strong, but as the day went by, the flavor blended in and was delicious!
It went well with ethnic dishes as well as Japanese food!
