It has been a while since having Yakitori in Kamakura. This off the list suggestion was offered when asked for a dry type. Too easy to drink, definitely dry, not much nuance.
Second of the night (theme is “Brewed with History”). 4 coins.
Very dry but with a fruity finish, if that makes sense. To me, better as an aperitif, as a stand alone without food.
Said to Craft Sake Week Exclusive.
Sorry to edit. My second session at RH Craft Sake Week, on 4/23. Tonight’s theme — Brewed with History.
My only 8 coin purchase (maybe ever?) and worth it. Great flavors & balance. Sad I was standing in a convention setting and not at home with my bride & dog, & home food. Really good stuff.
Support Kyoto sakegura. No disappointments.
Second of second three tasting flight. Dry but not as dry as the prior Nagano. Quite elegant and easy to drink. No good photos on this set unfortunately.
