This is the third bottle for the New Year! My favorite "Hakurakusei" ♪ Nice to meet you! It's supposed to be a new year's bottle! I opened the bottle right away... A hint of sweetness...? But it smells a little astringent... (omg) Then I took a sip... hmmm, maybe it has a strong bitter-sour taste? Is it different from the "Hakurakusei" I know? Or maybe my expectations were raised without my permission...(^_^;) It's not bad, but a little disappointing. 3.5 stars

This is the second bottle for the new year! I like "Ni-Utsuri," but this one has a label that is just too cool... I had to buy the label, lol. I opened the bottle right away... The aroma is sweet like cotton candy and creamy. Then, take a sip... Despite the aroma, you can hardly feel the sweetness, but on the contrary, it has a refreshing sourness (๑˃˃˃). It's truly a "Hare of two rabbits"! 4 stars

Happy New Year♪ Here is the first bottle of 2024! I was lucky enough to get it last year, so I saved it for the New Year. I opened the bottle...clear sweet and sour aroma...citrusy...I feel lemon and pear...then I took a sip...sparkling fresh sourness and bitter taste is pleasant...I don't feel much sweetness. Personally, I think it was a little sour...but it has been a long time since I drank "Shinsei" at home...I had a precious experience at the beginning of the New Year. 4.5 stars

Here is a bottle for tonight! My favorite "Sawaya Matsumoto" Gohyakumangoku! I used to buy this brand many times for my dinner drinking, but now I have no choice but to buy this one. I opened the bottle immediately... The aroma is a little creamy and cemedine-like. The aroma is a little creamy cemedine type, but it also has a nice sweet aroma (*´-`). The former fire-brewed one was more rounded and sweeter, and I definitely liked it better. 4 stars

Here is a bottle for tonight! One of my favorite brands "Miyazumi It's been a long time since I've had this one, and it's my first time here! I opened the bottle immediately...beautiful sweet aroma...strawberry-like...(*´-`) I was not pulled by the label...I should not have been...lol...then I took a sip...this is strawberry...no, it's cream.... It's strawberry...no, it's cream...Holy shit, it's strawberry! I love it! 4.5 stars

Here is a bottle for tonight! My favorite "Kotobuki"! I have never tasted this brand before...and I can't imagine what it tastes like...(^^) The aroma is like a grape without sweetness. Then, take a sip...I hardly feel any sweetness...bitter, acid, and astringent are assertive, but there is no unpleasant taste, so it is not bad to drink...(˘ω˘)The quality of the sake is the opposite of the usual juicy "Kotobuki". 3.5 stars

Here is a bottle for tonight! My wife's favorite "Oze no Yukidoke" ♪ Oh, of course, I love Hittama too, but.... Of course, this is the first time for me to drink this. I opened the bottle immediately...apple? A little pear? And...it has a honey-like flavor...nice aroma~(=´´｀｀)・・・sip...・beautiful sharp sweetness, a little sourness and bitterness! Well, it's a great balance.......no matter what you drink, "Oze no Yukidoke" of high level is really safe and stable......one for the family! 4.5 stars

Here is a bottle for tonight! Oze no Yukidoke" which my husband and I are big fans of. If there was a bottle, we would buy it! We opened the bottle right away... The aroma is fresh and melon-like (*´-`)... It also has a lemon-like flavor (^^)... Then we took a sip... The beautiful acidity and light sweetness are very pleasant (*ω`)... Absolutely safe and stable (^з^)-☆. 4.5 stars

Here is a bottle for tonight! It's the popular brand "Abe" ❗️ Is it the standard model of it? Flagship model? I got the flagship model! I opened the bottle right away... It is rich like passion fruit and fresh and creamy... It has a very GOOD aroma (๑˃˃˃)... Then I took a sip... I was enchanted by its honey-like texture and taste (*´ДД*). It also has a sourness that is refreshing. I have tried several times to get "Abe", but I have never been able to find the right one, but this one is exceptional. 5 stars without hesitation.

This is the one this time! An evolution of "Two Rabbits"? Has it turned into a wolf? The name is...TORIKO? The aroma is very creamy (**ω*), then take a sip (**ω*)... It has a slight sweetness with well-balanced acidity and bitterness. Well, it is complex and a bit voluptuous.......it is certainly more like a wolf than a rabbit......but I like this taste.... 4 stars

Here is a bottle for tonight! I got it at the nearest liquor store for a nightcap. I immediately opened the bottle...complex aroma with a mixture of sourness, umami, and bitterness. I think I might not like it a bit... Well, it's not my favorite after all... I heated it up and took a sip... The taste has evolved to be much gentler and rounder by warming it up. It's perfect for the coming season. 3.5 stars

Here is a bottle for tonight! Another brand of my favorite "Hakurakusei"... "Atago no matsu"... I don't know the difference between the two, but they are both very tasty (*´ω`*) and this is a brand I've never had before (^^) I don't know the difference between the two, but they are both delicious (*´-`*), and this is a brand new to me (^^)... The aroma is mild... slightly sweet (˘ω˘ ), and the mouthfeel is very soft (*´-`). Whatever it is, I can tell it's a good sake...probably lol 3.5 stars

Here's one for tonight! I love "Kaze no Mori" as I did last time! This is also a brand new to me. The aroma is sweet and sour, reminiscent of apples. It has a sweet and sour aroma reminiscent of apples, with a hint of lemon and pear? It's definitely a great aroma either way (๑˃˃˃)...Well, it's refreshing...maybe too sour for "Kaze no Mori"? But it's delicious, so there's nothing wrong with it. 4 stars

This is the one this time! It's been a while since I've had a bottle of "Kaze no Mori". We both love Kaze no Mori, but we haven't had a chance to drink it recently, and my wife was on a rare quest! So we went to the liquor store together and got two bottles of a new label that we were interested in, and this is one of them. We immediately opened the bottle...and were greeted with a lively opening sound as usual...and the cute sourness and sweet aroma made us fall in love with it. ) No, it's perfection! My wife seems to like it very much... No, I am sure it will be well received by women, right? I mean, it tastes good even if you are not a woman. 4.5 stars

Here is a bottle for tonight! A different brand of "Kozo Mori"! I've been wanting to try this one! I opened the bottle right away... It is creamy and has citrusy aroma of orange and lemon... Complex but good aroma (^^) Then I took a sip... I don't feel much sweetness, sourness and bitterness come to the fore. After that, I feel a yogurt-like taste ( ˘ω˘ )...a little strange taste (˘ω˘), but delicious...my wife didn't seem to like this bitter taste, but σ(^_^;) 4 stars

Then, take a sip...cute sweet and sour taste (๑˃˃˃˃) My wife says it's "strawberry-like"...yeah, it's true...(*´∇｀｀*) Moreover, it's very beautiful and easy to drink because it's low in alcohol. 4.5 stars
