Tonight's bottle is this one! It's the first hiyaoroshi of my recent favorite "Omine" (^^) The bottle was opened immediately... a slight sweet aroma and sharp acidity... grapes? Muscat among them? Aroma: Sip it...Slightly mellow sweetness and sourness...and a crisp bitterness at the end, a very GOOD balance. 4 stars

Tonight's bottle is this one. This is a sake from Hyogo Prefecture, my wife's hometown. I drank a lot of sake when I traveled to Iejima, but this is probably the first time for me to drink it at home. The aroma is sweet, like ripe fruits such as peaches and bananas! Too good! 4 stars

Here is a bottle for tonight! This is a bottle brewed at Sake Mirai by my favorite "Masamune Instrument". I got it unconditionally ( ^ω^ ) I immediately opened the bottle...fresh and sweet aroma...muscat or lychee? 5 stars

Here is tonight's bottle! It's a very major sake, but it's my first time to drink it. The sweetness and spiciness of the alcohol are pleasant......then take a sip......it is crisp and spicy but also has a round sweetness, very delicious. I love this one.......and I'm sure I'll repeat this one if it has a great cost performance....... 4 stars

This is the bottle for tonight! You can't go wrong with any bottle of "Kangiku", a stable and reliable brand. The clerk at our favorite liquor store told us "It's in the bottle!" and we got it as a conditioned reflex. The bottle was opened immediately... and a loud and sweet aroma like passion fruit bursts out... and then I took a sip... the sweetness like ripe fruit juice and a slight and beautiful bitterness are pleasant. This is the one that can be enjoyed on its own. 4 stars

Here's one for tonight! This is "Hiran" which my husband and I love! It's our first time to drink this one! We immediately opened the bottle...fresh and sweet aroma...apple, pear...and a hint of honey. It's like drinking freshly squeezed fruit juice. I love it! 5 stars

Tonight's bottle is this one! Fukuoka's famous sake "Tanaka Rokuugo Nice to meet you! The bottle is opened immediately... You can feel a little bit of alcohol, but the aroma is mild and relaxing. Then, take a sip... The taste is soft and calm. It has more umami than sweetness. The balance is very GOOD (≧≦)! You can drink it while you are eating. 4 stars

Here is a bottle for tonight! It's my first time to drink "Sei" (^^) I had had a bottle of it at a store a long time ago and it was very good, but I never had a chance to buy it, but I got it this time! I opened the bottle immediately........a nice "pop" sound full of energy......the aroma has a beautiful sourness and a hint of sweetness......then I took a sip.......watermelon? Lemon? Grape? Sports drink? The very refreshing sourness and sweetness with a pleasant bitter aftertaste! Holy crap, it's so good! 5 stars

Here's one for tonight! It's the very popular "Abe"! It's rare to find a store that sells it, so if I get the chance, I'll get it without hesitation. Open the bottle immediately... Creamy and somewhat nutty, right? Then, I took a sip... The sweetness is not so much, and the sourness is strong. It also has some bitterness, but it doesn't taste bad. It's a strange taste. 4 stars

Here is a bottle for tonight! Gokotsuru" is my favorite wine. And when it's sparkling...there's no reason not to buy it. I have a trauma to open a bottle of sparkling wine...but I opened it easily...and the aroma is very creamy! I like the aroma (^^) Then, I took a sip... It has a round sweetness. I could hardly feel the fizziness, but the taste is outstanding. 4.5 stars

Here is one for tonight! This is "GANKI" which has been my boom lately! It's my first time drinking it, and it was low in alcohol, so I didn't hesitate to get it! I immediately opened the bottle... The aroma is mild. The aroma is mild, with a hint of lactic acidity. Then, a sip... Just like the aroma, it has a mild and beautiful flavor and sweetness. It may be a little cider-like! This is a good sake for a mealtime drink! And since it is 13%, you can drink it at a leisurely pace. 4.5 stars

Here is a bottle for tonight! Oze no Yukidoke" which is high level no matter what you drink! And this is the first time I've ever had "Rosé no Yukidoke". If there is one, I'll buy it! I opened the bottle immediately...cute and pleasant sweet and sour aroma (^^) Then I took a sip...cherry? The label on the back said strawberry...well, I'm sure it's something like that...lol...and since it's low in alcohol, my wife was also a big fan of it. I am very happy with this product. 4.5 stars

Here is a bottle for tonight! I've been curious about "Mikotsuru" (^ ^ ^) The liquor store I often go to has recently started carrying it! So I got this brand for my evening drink. I opened the bottle right away...I can feel the banana and creaminess behind the crisp aroma...(^) Then I took a sip...I can't describe the complex taste of spiciness and sweetness intertwined...(☆☆☆☆☆) And it has a great sharpness. ....quite delicious fis:;(∩´﹏`∩);:too good to be served with dinner lol 4.5 stars

This is the one for tonight! Everyone loves "Mimuro cedar". It's my first time to drink this bottle. I got it immediately because it was low alcohol! The label is classic, but the aroma is modern, like cream melon soda (**sigh`*)...sip...the balance between the light sweetness and the acidity that comes after is very good! It's 13%, so you can drink it smoothly and smoothly....delicious! No matter what you drink, "Mimuro Sugi" is of high quality...too good to be true! 4.5 stars

We had heard rumors about it, but... it spewed more than "GANKI" (Σ(ﾟдﾟ?p?lll)). We were stunned. Now, I took a sip to calm down... It has a refreshing sweet aroma like pear or sports drink (*´-`), a clean and beautiful sweet taste (๑˃̵ᴗ̵), and it is easy to drink without any sticking point! Holy crap, it's delicious! 4.5 stars

Here's one for tonight! My recent boom, "GANKI "Â I was a little excited to get a high-spec brand (๑˃˃˃˃). While fighting the trauma of the last nigori sake, I opened the bottle with trepidation...it opened without a hitch...lol The aroma is GOOD (*´-`) and the deep sweetness and bitterness like pineapple is pleasant! Then, I took a sip...I thought the rich sweetness and deliciousness came rushing in, but then it all went away cleanly and cleanly at once. 4 stars

This is the one for tonight! It's the rumored "Sakiyami"! I got it at Koyama Shoten, a sacred place for local sake, where I visited for the first time. The bottle was opened immediately... The aroma is calm. It has a slight sweetness... then take a sip... a pleasant sweet bitterness fills your mouth. It is a little grapefruit-like. It is not flashy, but as the aroma suggests, it has a calm and delicious flavor. I want to drink it slowly. 4 stars

Here is tonight's bottle! We really liked it since we were allowed to drink it at our favorite sushi restaurant recently. We were lucky enough to get it (๑˃̵ᴗ̵) and it is a sparkling ❗️. We have nothing but high expectations for it. I opened the bottle immediately...the moment I tried to take the aluminum, the crown suddenly blew off. ((((;P.P.P.P.))))))) No, it is true that it was marked [Caution opening], but the bottle had been opened normally before...and...it spilled all over. My wife was surprised, confused, and laughed along with me.(^^) Anyway, we settled down and poured it into the glass again... Fresh and refreshing sweet aroma... Very nice aroma with various fruits like pear, banana, watermelon, etc. (*´ω`*) Then A sip...it's an explosion of shwash:;(∩´﹏`∩);:fresh, clean and creamy❗️ and it's full of fruitiness, so what's more, it's delicious...I'm blown away...(≧≦) No, it's a rare taste in recent years...(≧≦) It's so good! Of course 5 stars‼️

This is the bottle for tonight! It's been a very long time since I've had a bottle of "Ding". Because...there is no place where I can buy it. The aroma is fresh but rich... with a hint of bitterness and maybe a green apple flavor! Then, take a sip... Holy crap, it's packed with sweet and savory flavors... It's rich but refreshing! The bitterness is a nice accent... this is a very satisfying sip! 4 stars

Here is a bottle for tonight! My favorite Shinzawa Brewing Co. It's my first time to drink this summer-only brand. I was enchanted by the soft sweet aroma (*´-`) and took a sip... The balance between the refreshing sweetness and the bitterness that comes at the end is very good. 4 stars
