Here is one for tonight! This is my favorite "Haneya", but this is my first time to drink it. Haneya" with 13% alcohol by volume is a must-buy, isn't it? The aroma is fresh, cool and bluish... Then I took a sip... The fresh and fresh green apple taste and a little bitter acidity amplify the pleasantness. 4.5 stars

Here is one for tonight! Another line of my favorite "Morishima" (^^) I got this for my evening drink...good for the cost...lol It's a very good sake...I can feel the mild but fruity taste...then I took a sip...it has a great balance of subtle deliciousness, good sweetness and a pleasant sharpness. 4 stars

Here's one for tonight! My wife's favorite "Koei Chrysanthemum" ♪ Oh, of course, it's my favorite too (^^) And it's our first time to drink this one. The aroma is more sour than acidic... but it's a pleasant aroma... then I took a sip... and the sourness was in full force! But the creaminess is also very good, so even those who don't like sourness can easily enjoy it. 4 stars

It's been so hot lately that I've been drinking beer exclusively... σ(^_^;) And there are no labels that I've never met before. Tonight, I bought this bottle as a souvenir from Hiroshima! If it's nice to meet "Houraitsuru", of course it's nice to meet "Yamatoya Original" as well, so it's nice to meet you all! I opened the bottle immediately...apple...no, it's more gentle. It is a bit flowery.......and then a sip......it has a firm outline, but it is gently sweet. 4 stars

Here is a bottle for tonight! It's a new to me label from one of my recent favorites, "Ohmine". The aroma is mild and summery. It's not too assertive, but it's very fresh and easy to drink due to the low alcohol content. The taste is melon-like with a bitterness in the aftertaste. I don't feel much sweetness or umami. 3.5 stars

Here's one for tonight! My wife's favorite "Koei Kiku". This is a brand new to me. The bottle is opened immediately... sweetness and bitterness with a hint of lactic acidity. Then, take a sip... The balance of sweetness and bitterness is very pleasant... The orange label is also understandable... My wife is a big fan of the low alcohol content of 14 degrees Celsius.... No, it's delicious. 4 stars

Here is a bottle for tonight! It is a rare brand that I never picked up because I had so many opportunities to buy it (lol). I opened the bottle right away...quite a mild rice-like aroma ( ˘ω˘ ) and took a sip...a clean and refreshing umami. It also has a pleasant bitter acidity! It may not be enough on its own, but I think it would be great as an in-between-dinner drink. 4 stars

This is the bottle for tonight! I heard that "Yamazan" is very rare in Tokyo...perfect for meek Hitamaru (lol)! I immediately opened the bottle... peach? Strawberry? Pineapple? A very fresh and fruity aroma...then I took a sip...the balance between the clean acidity, light sweetness, and a bit of bitter taste with a little bitterness was excellent. 5 stars

This is the one for tonight! Holy crap, I love "Nabeshima" the most! And...I've never seen this spec before! I got it as soon as I saw it. I opened the bottle right away...very cute and the sweet and sour aroma made me melt...(*´-`) Then I took a sip...it's so delicious (๑˃̵ᴗ̵)Lychee? Strawberry? Raspberry? Anyway, it's beautiful, silky, slippery, and picky too......this will make your face relax.... 5 stars without any complaints

Tonight's bottle is this one! It is a famous sake from Yamaguchi prefecture. I got it for the first time, but it is 17 degrees. I opened the bottle immediately... I wonder if it is a cemedine type. I feel a sweet and bitter taste. Then, I took a sip...the umami and bitterness came with a bang! But I don't feel the alcohol content is that high...(˘ω˘)Sparkling is still the No.1 for Ganki. 3.5 stars

Here is a bottle for tonight! It's the first bottle of our favorite "Kaze no Mori" brand. We opened the bottle immediately... We were surprised by the aroma, which has a sourness and bitterness like herbs and herbs, which is rare for "Kaze no Mori"... Then we took a sip... It has a sourness like lemon and a peculiar taste like herbs... It should not be our favorite taste, but it is delicious. Tonight's bottle is this one! I think I have drunk "Kamikigen" before, but this is the first time for me to get it... I feel bitter and sour, but somehow it has a very nice aroma like grapefruit or grape. Then, take a sip...I feel a pleasant bitter sourness and a slight sweetness in the back...I like it. 4 stars

This is the bottle for tonight! It was a little expensive for our house, but my wife requested it, so I got it! It was a little expensive for our house, but I got it at my wife's request! It also has a hint of Aquarius. Then, take a sip...It is fizzy and stimulating! The taste is strong with sourness and bitterness, with only a hint of sweetness...quite dry...easy to drink and never boring. It can be enjoyed on its own or with a meal. I like this one...although my wife says it's not enough for her...lol 4.5 stars

Here is a bottle for tonight! It is a first time spec from our favorite "Hakurakusei" (^^) The aroma is quite mild...you can even taste a little sourness. Then, a sip... It has a slight umami, bitterness, and sourness. By itself, it doesn't have much impact, but when combined with tonight's hot pot, it's quite GOOD...it's a great match with food. I still love it! 4 stars

The aroma is very good, with a dense aroma of cemedine and slight ripeness, just like "Haneya" (**ω*) Then, take a sip... The rich, sticky sweetness and umami...the strength of Oumachi (**ω). Here is a bottle for tonight! I got a bottle of the popular brand "Kameizumi CEL-24" for the first time in several years! And this is the first time I've had a light nigori version of a draft sake. The bottle is opened immediately...but the stopper is hard (sweat)...when it is exposed to air a little bit, oriels fly up vigorously...it's very mysterious...the aroma...melting sweetness and bitterness gives a feeling of pineapple...≧≦...then take a sip! The juicy sweetness and slight bitterness are accented by a slight bitterness, it really is like pineapple juice! 5 stars without any complaints.

This is the one for tonight! It's my first time to drink "Taishinshu"! I've been curious about it for a long time, but never had a chance to pick it up! I finally got it! I opened the bottle...creamy sweet aroma with sourness of apple and tangerine ( ˘ω˘ ) and took a sip...beautiful sweetness filled my mouth, and the next moment, it was so refreshing and clean...not only delicious, but also very easy to drink. It is easy to drink (๑˃˃˃˃)...a good bottle for evening drinking...this is a good sake.... 4.5 stars
