Here's one for tonight! My recent favorite "Haneya". It's my first time to drink this one. The aroma is very good, with a dense aroma of cemedine and slight ripeness, just like "Haneya" (**ω*) Then, take a sip... The rich, sticky sweetness and umami...the strength of Oumachi (**ω). (Holy shit!) 4 stars

Here is a bottle for tonight! I got a bottle of the popular brand "Kameizumi CEL-24" for the first time in several years! And this is the first time I've had a light nigori version of a draft sake. The bottle is opened immediately...but the stopper is hard (sweat)...when it is exposed to air a little bit, oriels fly up vigorously...it's very mysterious...the aroma...melting sweetness and bitterness gives a feeling of pineapple...≧≦...then take a sip! The juicy sweetness and slight bitterness are accented by a slight bitterness, it really is like pineapple juice! 5 stars without any complaints.

This is the one for tonight! It's my first time to drink "Taishinshu"! I've been curious about it for a long time, but never had a chance to pick it up! I finally got it! I opened the bottle...creamy sweet aroma with sourness of apple and tangerine ( ˘ω˘ ) and took a sip...beautiful sweetness filled my mouth, and the next moment, it was so refreshing and clean...not only delicious, but also very easy to drink. It is easy to drink (๑˃˃˃˃)...a good bottle for evening drinking...this is a good sake.... 4.5 stars

Here is a bottle for tonight! It's the very popular "Hiran" (^^) We successfully got its zodiac sign label! I immediately opened the bottle...fresh and fruity aroma...I can feel the acidity. Grapefruit? It also has a pear-like flavor and a NICE aroma(*´-`) Then, take a sip... Holy shit, it's fresh and very fresh... Sweet and sour, and because it's cloudy, it also has a delicious and bitter taste... And the balance is so GOOD(๑˃˃) No wonder why it's so popular... It's so delicious! I can see why it's so popular. 4.5 stars

This is the one for tonight! My wife is a big fan of "Mimuro Sugi" (๑˃˃˃) It's hidden in the shadows, but of course Hittama is a big fan too... lol! I opened the bottle immediately... It was so energetic that it took a few minutes to open the bottle! It smells like passion fruit, pineapple, pear and a little bit of lactic acidity. And if it's 13 degrees Celsius...I can drink it forever.... 5 stars without any complaints.

Tonight's bottle is this one! My favorite "Nabeshima"! I finally got the Blue Label that I had been told about by a friend of mine who was connected with Sakenowa. The aroma is sweet and sour like lychee and lemon...what a nice aroma...then take a sip...the balance of subtle sweetness, pleasant sourness and sharp bitterness. Marvelous! (*´ω`*) Isn't it too much that there is also a slight sparkling sensation? And the rice used is that "Aizan" ∑(∑), it's a foul class in many ways, isn't it? I want to live in Saga Prefecture with a bottle of this! It is undeniably a 5 star sake!

Here's a bottle for tonight! It's my wife's favorite "Laughing Four Seasons". It's been a while since we got it, but the label has changed drastically... Holy shit, it's so stylish! I can feel the nuance of green apple and lemon.......well, it has a nice aroma (**ω*) Then, I took a sip......the balance between the strong, dark sweetness and beautiful acidity is very nice (๑˃˃˃). This is the third bottle for the New Year! My favorite "Hakurakusei" ♪ Nice to meet you! It's supposed to be a new year's bottle! I opened the bottle right away... A hint of sweetness...? But it smells a little astringent... (omg) Then I took a sip... hmmm, maybe it has a strong bitter-sour taste? Is it different from the "Hakurakusei" I know? Or maybe my expectations were raised without my permission...(^_^;) It's not bad, but a little disappointing. 3.5 stars

This is the second bottle for the new year! I like "Ni-Utsuri," but this one has a label that is just too cool... I had to buy the label, lol. I opened the bottle right away... The aroma is sweet like cotton candy and creamy. Then, take a sip... Despite the aroma, you can hardly feel the sweetness, but on the contrary, it has a refreshing sourness (๑˃˃˃). It's truly a "Hare of two rabbits"! 4 stars

Happy New Year♪ Here is the first bottle of 2024! I was lucky enough to get it last year, so I saved it for the New Year. I opened the bottle...clear sweet and sour aroma...citrusy...I feel lemon and pear...then I took a sip...sparkling fresh sourness and bitter taste is pleasant...I don't feel much sweetness. Personally, I think it was a little sour...but it has been a long time since I drank "Shinsei" at home...I had a precious experience at the beginning of the New Year. 4.5 stars

Here is a bottle for tonight! My favorite "Sawaya Matsumoto" Gohyakumangoku! I used to buy this brand many times for my dinner drinking, but now I have no choice but to buy this one. Here is a bottle for tonight! My favorite "Kotobuki"! I have never tasted this brand before...and I can't imagine what it tastes like...(^^) The aroma is like a grape without sweetness. Then, take a sip...I hardly feel any sweetness...bitter, acid, and astringent are assertive, but there is no unpleasant taste, so it is not bad to drink...(˘ω˘)The quality of the sake is the opposite of the usual juicy "Kotobuki". 3.5 stars

Here is a bottle for tonight! It's the popular brand "Abe" ❗️ Is it the standard model of it? Flagship model? I got the flagship model! I opened the bottle right away... It is rich like passion fruit and fresh and creamy... It has a very GOOD aroma (๑˃˃˃)... Then I took a sip... I was enchanted by its honey-like texture and taste (*´ДД*). It also has a sourness that is refreshing. I have tried several times to get "Abe", but I have never been able to find the right one, but this one is exceptional. 5 stars without hesitation.

This is the one this time! An evolution of "Two Rabbits"? Has it turned into a wolf? The name is...TORIKO? The aroma is very creamy (**ω*), then take a sip (**ω*)...
