Here is a bottle this time! It's been a long time since I've had a bottle of "Kafuda-shu" (*´-`). And it's a low alcohol of 13 degrees, so it must be right, right? So, I got it for my wife. The bottle was opened immediately... It has a fresh and fruity aroma, which is typical of "Kafuda-shu" (*´-*). I asked my wife what she thought... "It's dry and bitter...".... I was a little surprised to find the exact opposite! I was surprised to see such a difference in taste! It was a good learning experience. 4 stars

Here's one for tonight! Holy crap! I'm a meek person, so I got it by accident. The cap is so tight that it's hard to open... The aroma... it's creamy and cider-like... then take a sip... it's delicious with a refreshing sourness and a good sweetness. It's so easy to drink that it's hard to believe that the alcohol content is 15 degrees. 4 stars

This is the one this time! Steady and delicious "Saint" â It is 13 degrees and low alcohol type, which is great for this season. The staff at the liquor store also recommended it, so I got it without hesitation. I immediately opened the bottle...it opened easily. The aroma is mild, but there is a slight citrus aroma in the creamy, soda-like flavor...then I took a sip...well, this is a cream soda for adults...lol...and it's low in alcohol so it goes down easy...oh no, this is delicious! 4.5 stars

This is the one this time. We both love "Kaze no Mori" (≧≦)! And with a new sake rice and a fresh label...we got it immediately... The aroma is creamy and refreshing...and then a sip...creaminess and a stimulating acidity! Is this an adult cream soda? (I'm so happy to be able to enjoy the various faces of "Wind Forest". 4 stars

Here is a bottle for tonight! It's been a long time since we had a bottle of "Sentori". I heard that they have changed the production method...so I got it with all my geekiness. The aroma was mild...slightly citrusy and a little creamy. Then, take a sip...the fizziness I was expecting is not that strong, but the sourness characteristic of Senkyoku is delicious....the robust flavor is GOOD even though it is 13 degrees...(˘ω˘) 4.5 stars

This is the bottle this time! It's the first label of my wife's favorite "Koei Kiku". Of course, we didn't hesitate to get it. I was careful to open the bottle...I was fine...but the cork almost blew out...(´ДД`A...too cheerful!) The aroma is citrusy and crisp...then I took a sip...delicious! The acidity is refreshing with a hint of sweetness...and when it comes to the low alcohol and fizzy feeling...you know, I'm going to drink it...lol. 4.5 stars

Here's one for you this time! This is my recent favorite "Fukkai"! I opened the bottle right away...the cork popped out with great force...but I was able to save it because I was holding it firmly with my finger. I prefer "Yamadanishiki", but this one is also good. 4 stars

Here is a bottle this time! The label is POP and eye-catching! The bottle was opened immediately...a nice popping sound. The aroma is mild...maybe a little savory. Then, take a sip... There is not much sweetness, but the umami is strong and rich. But it is sharp and GOOD(^^) 3.5 stars

This is the one for tonight♪ Everyone loves the very popular "Mimuro Cedar". I bought it a few years ago and never had a chance to get it, but I finally got it! The aroma is mild but fresh, sweet and sour (*´-`)... I was enchanted by the sweetness and acidity that reminded me of white peach and strawberry (*´Д*). It is also very comfortable to drink (๑>◡<๑)Oh no, I can drink it as much as I want (lol). Yes, of course it is 5 stars.

Tonight's bottle is this one. My wife's favorite "Koei Kiku"! We drank "SNOW CRESCENT" before, but this is our first time to drink "SAGABIYORI". The aroma is lemon, orange and grapefruit. The aroma is very complex and aromatic, with a hint of fragrance, as if it had been sitting in the store for about half a year. I can understand why! 4.5 stars

This is the one this time! My wife's favorite "Koei Chrysanthemum". Holy shit, it's our first time to drink this label! I immediately opened the bottle...very cute and sweet! It has a very nice aroma...and then I took a sip...I was impressed by its sweet and sourness like fresh strawberries...it has no unpleasant taste at all...it really contains alcohol...isn't it one of the best I have ever tasted? No, seriously, this is so delicious! 5 stars

This time one of them is this one♪ It's another line of "Moon after rain" from my hometown. I got it for my wife because it was low alcohol at 14 degrees! The bottle was opened right away... a subtle and beautiful aroma... and then a sip... a fresh and clear taste. It has a light sweetness with a pleasant bitterness that comes later and is very sharp. 3.5 stars

Happy New Year! We look forward to working with you again this year. So, we opened the first bottle of the new year with our favorite "Kaze no Mori" (≧≦). The aroma is very complex...sweetness, astringency, and bitterness are combined. Then, take a sip... After a faint sweetness, a slightly strong bitterness attacks! Isn't "607" more delicious? In fact, I compared the taste of "607" with "Rusubafu 507", and I could clearly see the difference in the taste of the rice. After all, "Rusubafu 507" is too outstanding. 3.5 stars

This is the one this time! My recent boom "Fukkai" ♪ To be honest, I wasn't crazy about the "Fukuda" label, but when it was rebranded, it became my new favorite (^^). I was enchanted by the fresh and fruity aroma (*´-`), then I took a sip...well, it's beautiful (*´ω`*)...the refreshing sweetness, pleasant bitterness and fizziness is a very GOOD accent (≧≦)! 4.5 stars

Here is a bottle for this issue! The stylish label of "Sairai" is impressive. It is a relatively new brand. The aroma is milder and more subdued than expected. I thought it would be sweeter, but the taste is much milder and more relaxing. 3.5 stars

The last one I've accumulated is this one... Holy cow! I guessed it must be a limited edition since it is a test brew...so I got it! The aroma is... rather sour... then take a sip... yes, it's still very sour (>_<) My wife says "it's not like that", but it's sour enough for me! It was totally different from the usual "Wind Forest" ( ˘ω˘ ) It's a good learning experience! 3.5 stars
