Happy New Year! We look forward to working with you again this year. So, we opened the first bottle of the new year with our favorite "Kaze no Mori" (≧≦). The aroma is very complex...sweetness, astringency, and bitterness are combined. Then, take a sip... After a faint sweetness, a slightly strong bitterness attacks! Isn't "607" more delicious? In fact, I compared the taste of "607" with "Rusubafu 507", and I could clearly see the difference in the taste of the rice. After all, "Rusubafu 507" is too outstanding. 3.5 stars

This is the one this time! My wife's favorite "Koei Kiku" ♪ Of course I like Hittama too, lol! It's refreshing, but it also has a little matured aroma.......then take a sip......the cute acidity is wonderful like "Kouei Kiku" (*´ω`*) and the beautiful matured feeling is combined with it. 4 stars

This is the one this time! My recent boom "Fukkai" ♪ To be honest, I wasn't crazy about the "Fukuda" label, but when it was rebranded, it became my new favorite (^^). I was enchanted by the fresh and fruity aroma (*´-`), then I took a sip...well, it's beautiful (*´ω`*)...the refreshing sweetness, pleasant bitterness and fizziness is a very GOOD accent (≧≦)! 4.5 stars

Here is a bottle for this issue! The stylish label of "Sairai" is impressive. It is a relatively new brand. The aroma is milder and more subdued than expected. I thought it would be sweeter, but the taste is much milder and more relaxing. 3.5 stars

The last one I've accumulated is this one... Holy cow! I guessed it must be a limited edition since it is a test brew...so I got it! The aroma is... rather sour... then take a sip... yes, it's still very sour (>_<) My wife says "it's not like that", but it's sour enough for me! It was totally different from the usual "Wind Forest" ( ˘ω˘ ) It's a good learning experience! 3.5 stars

The next bottle is this one! Holly, I kept this bottle of sparkling "Houou Mita" in the fridge for a long time.... I think the aroma was also mild...lol...then I took a sip...the fizziness was really strong, but the taste was quite refreshing...(˘ω˘)This is great for hot summer months and for sparkling lovers. 4 stars

This is the first one in a while. Ocean series of Kangiku(^^) Seriously, every bottle is delicious! The creamy fruity aroma is enchanting (*´-`), then take a sip... The taste reminds me of orange with a creamy yogurt-like flavor... Holy shit, this is so delicious! It's as good as it sounds! 4.5 stars

Here's one for tonight... Holly and her husband love "Kaze no Mori" (≧≦) We'll get it when we find a spec that we've never had before. We were a little surprised to find that the acidity is unusually strong for "Kaze no Mori" (ωω), and we may also feel some banana and pear nuance in the back! Then, take a sip... Tonight's bottle is this one. Everyone's favorite "Saku" ♪♪ This is a new spec. The sweet aroma of melon, lemon, and cotton candy is enchanting...(**Ω*) Then, take a sip... A very beautiful sweet bitterness is wrapped with a pleasant slight effervescence... Holy cow, this is outstanding... It flows smoothly into the body without any stickiness... Here's one for tonight! Rebranding from "Fukuda". I didn't like the label of "Fukuda", so I didn't get it. This time, it is my first time to drink "Fukkai", or rather, Fukuda Shuzo (^^) The aroma is aromatic and fruity...melon and lemon, with a hint of banana in the back. The bitter acidity gives it a beautiful aftertaste. 5 stars without a doubt!

Here is one for tonight! This is my favorite "Haneya", but this is my first time to drink it. Haneya" with 13% alcohol by volume is a must-buy, isn't it? The aroma is fresh, cool and bluish... Then I took a sip... The fresh and fresh green apple taste and a little bitter acidity amplify the pleasantness. 4.5 stars

Another line of my favorite "Morishima" (^^) I got this for my evening drink...good for the cost...lol It's a very good sake...I can feel the mild but fruity taste...then I took a sip...it has a great balance of subtle deliciousness, good sweetness and a pleasant sharpness. 4 stars

Here's one for tonight! My wife's favorite "Koei Chrysanthemum" ♪ Oh, of course, it's my favorite too (^^) And it's our first time to drink this one. The aroma is more sour than acidic... but it's a pleasant aroma... then I took a sip... and the sourness was in full force! But the creaminess is also very good, so even those who don't like sourness can easily enjoy it. 4 stars

It's been so hot lately that I've been drinking beer exclusively... σ(^_^;) And there are no labels that I've never met before. Tonight, I bought this bottle as a souvenir from Hiroshima! If it's nice to meet "Houraitsuru", of course it's nice to meet "Yamatoya Original" as well, so it's nice to meet you all! I opened the bottle immediately...apple...no, it's more gentle. It is a bit flowery.......and then a sip......it has a firm outline, but it is gently sweet. 4 stars

Here is a bottle for tonight! It's a new to me label from one of my recent favorites, "Ohmine". The aroma is mild and summery. It's not too assertive, but it's very fresh and easy to drink due to the low alcohol content. The taste is melon-like with a bitterness in the aftertaste. I don't feel much sweetness or umami. 3.5 stars

Here's one for tonight! My wife's favorite "Koei Kiku". This is a brand new to me. The bottle is opened immediately... sweetness and bitterness with a hint of lactic acidity. Then, take a sip... The balance of sweetness and bitterness is very pleasant... The orange label is also understandable... My wife is a big fan of the low alcohol content of 14 degrees Celsius.... No, it's delicious. 4 stars

Here is a bottle for tonight! It is a rare brand that I never picked up because I had so many opportunities to buy it (lol). I opened the bottle right away...quite a mild rice-like aroma ( ˘ω˘ ) and took a sip...a clean and refreshing umami. It also has a pleasant bitter acidity! It may not be enough on its own, but I think it would be great as an in-between-dinner drink. 4 stars

This is the bottle for tonight! I heard that "Yamazan" is very rare in Tokyo...perfect for meek Hitamaru (lol)! I immediately opened the bottle... peach? Strawberry? Pineapple? A very fresh and fruity aroma...then I took a sip...the balance between the clean acidity, light sweetness, and a bit of bitter taste with a little bitterness was excellent. 5 stars

This is the one for tonight! Holy crap, I love "Nabeshima" the most! And...I've never seen this spec before! I got it as soon as I saw it. I opened the bottle right away...very cute and the sweet and sour aroma made me melt...(*´-`) Then I took a sip...it's so delicious (๑˃̵ᴗ̵)Lychee? Strawberry? Raspberry? Anyway, it's beautiful, silky, slippery, and picky too......this will make your face relax.... 5 stars without any complaints
