This is the one this time. It's been a long time since I've had a bottle of "AKABU". I got a little excited for New Year's Day! The bottle was opened immediately... Mild but beautiful fruity aroma... White grape-like aroma. Then I took a sip...very beautiful (*´-`) and nothing stuck to it. There is not much sweetness. The acidity and pleasant bitterness give it a sense of refinement. 3.5 stars

This is the one this time. I have been curious about "Urasato" for a long time. I got a bottle of Urasato nigori! I immediately opened the bottle... The aroma... Pear, apple, and a hint of lemon... It's outstanding. It's so fizzy! And the taste is also wonderful! Mellow, gentle sweetness and freshness are mixed in excellent balance (≧≦)! And the low alcohol and the fizzy sensation combined with it...I can't stop drinking...to be honest, it's this year's No.1 (ω`) My wife seems to like it a lot too (^^) star♾️

This is the one this time! It's been a while since I've had a bottle of "Oze no Yukidoke". This is my wife's favorite brand...because it tastes good no matter what you drink! The aroma is fresh and fresh...apple or berry type? Then, take a sip...It has a nice sweet and sour taste with a clean throat that doesn't stick to the palate. 4 stars

This is the one this time! Everyone loves "Kaze no Mori" ♪ This is the first time for me to drink 807 Yamada-Nishiki. The bottle was opened immediately...the sound of the bottle opening was pleasant. The aroma is mild and slightly bitter. Then, take a sip...It has a solid structure. It has a strong flavor, but there is not much sweetness, and in the latter half, there is an astringent taste. Personally, I prefer a more polished spec. 3.5 stars

Here's one for tonight! It's been a long time since I've seen you, Mr. "Instrument". And it's nice to meet you! The aroma is mild, but it is slightly sweet and creamy (*´-`)... Then, take a sip... Light sweetness, slight sourness and astringency... No, this is muscat (lol)... Since it is low alcohol, I drank the muscat juice. I feel like I'm drinking muscat juice! This is delicious! It's right in the middle of my favorite...this is definitely one of the best.... Definitely 5 stars!

Here is a bottle this time! It's been a long time since I've had a bottle of "Kafuda-shu" (*´-`). And it's a low alcohol of 13 degrees, so it must be right, right? So, I got it for my wife. The bottle was opened immediately... It has a fresh and fruity aroma, which is typical of "Kafuda-shu" (*´-*). I asked my wife what she thought... "It's dry and bitter...".... I was a little surprised to find the exact opposite! I was surprised to see such a difference in taste! It was a good learning experience. 4 stars

Here's one for tonight! Holy crap! I'm a meek person, so I got it by accident. The cap is so tight that it's hard to open... The aroma... it's creamy and cider-like... then take a sip... it's delicious with a refreshing sourness and a good sweetness. It's so easy to drink that it's hard to believe that the alcohol content is 15 degrees. 4 stars

This is the one this time! Steady and delicious "Saint" â It is 13 degrees and low alcohol type, which is great for this season. The staff at the liquor store also recommended it, so I got it without hesitation. I immediately opened the bottle...it opened easily. The aroma is mild, but there is a slight citrus aroma in the creamy, soda-like flavor...then I took a sip...well, this is a cream soda for adults...lol...and it's low in alcohol so it goes down easy...oh no, this is delicious! 4.5 stars

This is the one this time. We both love "Kaze no Mori" (≧≦)! And with a new sake rice and a fresh label...we got it immediately... The aroma is creamy and refreshing...and then a sip...creaminess and a stimulating acidity! Is this an adult cream soda? (I'm so happy to be able to enjoy the various faces of "Wind Forest". 4 stars

Here is a bottle for tonight! It's been a long time since we had a bottle of "Sentori". I heard that they have changed the production method...so I got it with all my geekiness. The aroma was mild...slightly citrusy and a little creamy. Then, take a sip...the fizziness I was expecting is not that strong, but the sourness characteristic of Senkyoku is delicious....the robust flavor is GOOD even though it is 13 degrees...(˘ω˘) 4.5 stars

This is the bottle this time! It's the first label of my wife's favorite "Koei Kiku". Of course, we didn't hesitate to get it. I was careful to open the bottle...I was fine...but the cork almost blew out...(´ДД`A...too cheerful!) The aroma is citrusy and crisp...then I took a sip...delicious! The acidity is refreshing with a hint of sweetness...and when it comes to the low alcohol and fizzy feeling...you know, I'm going to drink it...lol. 4.5 stars

Here's one for you this time! This is my recent favorite "Fukkai"! I opened the bottle right away...the cork popped out with great force...but I was able to save it because I was holding it firmly with my finger. I prefer "Yamadanishiki", but this one is also good. 4 stars

This is the one for tonight♪ Everyone loves the very popular "Mimuro Cedar". I bought it a few years ago and never had a chance to get it, but I finally got it! The aroma is mild but fresh, sweet and sour (*´-`)... I was enchanted by the sweetness and acidity that reminded me of white peach and strawberry (*´Д*). It is also very comfortable to drink (๑>◡<๑)Oh no, I can drink it as much as I want (lol). Yes, of course it is 5 stars.

Tonight's bottle is this one. My wife's favorite "Koei Kiku"! We drank "SNOW CRESCENT" before, but this is our first time to drink "SAGABIYORI". The aroma is lemon, orange and grapefruit. The aroma is very complex and aromatic, with a hint of fragrance, as if it had been sitting in the store for about half a year. I can understand why! 4.5 stars
