Here is the first bottle of 2024!
I was lucky enough to get it last year, so I saved it for the New Year.
I opened the bottle...clear sweet and sour aroma...citrusy...I feel lemon and pear...then I took a sip...sparkling fresh sourness and bitter taste is pleasant...I don't feel much sweetness. Personally, I think it was a little sour...but it has been a long time since I drank "Shinsei" at home...I had a precious experience at the beginning of the New Year.
