Because it's an aluzoe, it's still very fragrant and fruity. The aroma is similar to Takachiyo's Silver Label, so it may be pineapple. When you put it in your mouth, despite the sweet aroma, it is refreshingly dry. Maybe because there is not much umami.... Also, there is a sense of gas. Since I drank Shitaizumi the other day, I've become sensitive to umami, so I felt it was lacking. There is also an alcohol feeling. It has a sharpness, but it doesn't match well with food.

The sake that shocked me! I've been buying a lot of sake that tastes like what's popular right now, and I've always hated the more robust types of sake, but this one was delicious. The specs are: ordinary sake, aluzoe, 19 degrees, unpasteurized, 100% Yamada Nishiki, 1,155 yen (I didn't know there was such a thing as unpasteurized ordinary sake...) Just by looking at the specs, I imagined it to be somewhat robust. I told the owner of the liquor store I went to for the first time (I couldn't go there because they seemed to have a lot of Doshiri) about the brands I've been drinking, and he recommended a type I've never had. The owner said it was a sake with a great flavor that made food taste even better. The aroma is slightly rice-like. There is no alcohol-like smell. The taste is so round that it's hard to believe it's 19 degrees, and you can taste the milled rice and the umami. It doesn't have any of that nasty taste that you get from regular sake sold at the supermarket at room temperature! I used to think that if it had acidity, it would be like wine. I used to think that if it had acidity, it would go well with food, just like wine, but now I think I understand that sake with umami can really make food taste better. It doesn't matter how sharp it is, it's delicious! I was advised to dilute it with boiling water to about 15 degrees, but it was thicker and tastier without diluting it. This is a sake to be drunk with food, not all at once.

It's really fun to sip it with food. You can enjoy this sake without thinking about the aroma or the acidity.

It is said that wine yeast is used. The sweetness and acidity are balanced at a high level. It is sweet for a wine, so it is still a sake. It is much sweeter than a beetle. The sweetness is more like sugar than honey, so you can't drink a lot at once, and it's hard to pair with food. It is not a taste that I dislike, so I would like to drink only one glass by itself.

A year ago, when I had only been drinking sake for half a year, the owner of the liquor store recommended it to me, and it was so good that I vowed to buy a bottle next year! ...It's been a year since then. It's been a year since then, and it finally went on sale today, so I dashed to the liquor store! I had only been drinking sake for half a year when I was a novice (and I'm still a novice), but I thought it was good sake. ...It's good! I think I'll buy a bottle after I drink it all. LOL! It tastes sweet like honey. Moderate sourness. Also, the bitterness is unexpectedly assertive, so it goes well with sweet dishes like meat and potatoes. I think so. Although it has an alcohol content of 13.5, it has an unexpectedly alcoholic feeling that goes through the nose, but it is not something I dislike. I've been buying a lot of sake from outside the prefecture lately, but I want to buy this one every year.

This is a commemorative sake for the 99th year of the company. Although it is 12 degrees, it has a thick and refreshing taste. It's really good! This is my third bottle of Wakaha, and I've never missed it, so I'm considering buying a bottle!

I thought I wouldn't have a chance to drink Hakurakusei for a while, but I got the news at a liquor store I go to sometimes! It's a Corona supporting sake at a very reasonable price! I think this is a really great way to get good sake at a reasonable price while the Corona disaster tends to make us feel down. I opened the bottle with gratitude! The aroma is mild, and the sake is well balanced. While the Sharaku I posted earlier has a synergistic effect with food, this Hakurakusei has a gentle taste that goes well with food and doesn't get in the way (especially Japanese food)! It is indeed the ultimate sake for food. It seems to go well with meals with soup stock. It's a flashy sake with sweet and sour flavors. I like alcoholic beverages, but I thought it would be nice to have an alcoholic beverage that goes well with a meal like this.

I was thinking of buying some Sharaku today, and I found it at the liquor store today and bought it... After I got home, I thought that Nagoshi Zake was a sake that was aged a little bit and served after the summer. Is it? I imagined that it would have a strong umami flavor, so I tried drinking it. First I felt the sourness, and then the umami came rushing in! I feel it! (I'm not sure because I'm a beginner). (I'm a beginner, so I'm not sure.) I got the impression that it was the type of sake that would taste better with synergy rather than interfering with food. I had the impression that it was the type of sake that tastes better with a synergistic effect. I've only had one sip of Sharaku in the past, when I was drunk and took my colleague's sip (it tasted clean, crisp and sharp...?). I felt a little bad for the shop, but I also thought it was nice to have a chance to try sake once in a lifetime. The owner wasn't there when I visited the shop today, so I'll ask him about the sake I bought next time.

Sweet, sour, and unpleasantly bitter! Slight gassy taste. A trendy taste! I think this is the first time in about half a year that I've had Omine, but I think I finally understand how hard the water is. Even though it's hard, the taste is smooth, so I feel that the hardness makes it more satisfying and balanced. At any rate, it's easy to drink!

I was able to open the bottle after opening and closing it three times. The aroma is subdued, and when you drink it, it tastes like a green apple, just like Aomori. It's sweet, sour, and crisp, with a slight bitterness at the end that makes the green apple taste stand out. It's like a summer version of a snowman, and I'll be buying it every year! Today, while getting drunk at Doburoku, I desperately explained the charm of Asakura Mirai to my wife.

It's so good! Last year I felt it was just sour (I'd been drinking sake for 6 months at the time). I bought it again this year, and I like the aroma. The taste is sour, but it has more flavor than last year's? Does it have more umami? (It is possible that I am biased by the brewer's comment that this year's sake is the best! lol) It has an acidity like a white wine, but it's not grapes! It's not a grape! It seems to go well with Western food!

It seems to be a mixture of Arabashiri and Seme. It's refreshingly dry and has a bitter taste. There is a gentle sweetness that I personally always feel is unique to Kakuemon, but secretly. The design of the bottle also makes it a sake that you want to gulp down. The sharpness is a little weak because of the lack of acidity.

I don't know how to describe the aroma, but I like it. For a noble sake, it is not too sweet and has bitterness and sourness (positive). Although it is 14 degrees alcohol, it is not light but has a good flavor. For these reasons, it is easy to drink with meals, even though it is a noble sake. I would like to buy it again, but the price is 2300 yen, so if it were a little cheaper...

First day opening the bottle, it's nice and clear! After a week of drinking, it tastes a little more classic... The classic taste is lessened if you use a wine glass. I'd like to buy it in a size 4 bottle next time and drink it all.

I heard it tastes like pineapple, so I bought it! I didn't know what pineapple tasted like in sake, so I bought it to learn. Is this pineapple...? ...? That's what I thought! It has a fruity aroma and the taste itself is sweet and honey-like! The alcohol is 16 degrees, so it's heavy but not hard to drink. It's good for those who love sweet sake! I don't mind the taste, and it's an interesting flavor, but I don't think I could drink a lot at once.

At 13% alcohol, it's quite light and refreshing! Sweetness and sourness can be felt rather clearly! It's also like a white wine! The aftertaste goes away like water! It's delicious! I want to buy it again!

It has a nice Yamamoto-like aroma. It's sweet in the mouth, but soon there's a strong sourness and bitterness, like grapefruit! I don't mind the bitterness, so it was good!
