For a noble sake, it is not too sweet and has bitterness and sourness (positive).
Although it is 14 degrees alcohol, it is not light but has a good flavor.
For these reasons, it is easy to drink with meals, even though it is a noble sake.
I would like to buy it again, but the price is 2300 yen, so if it were a little cheaper...
