Because it's an aluzoe, it's still very fragrant and fruity. The aroma is similar to Takachiyo's Silver Label, so it may be pineapple.
When you put it in your mouth, despite the sweet aroma, it is refreshingly dry. Maybe because there is not much umami.... Also, there is a sense of gas.
Since I drank Shitaizumi the other day, I've become sensitive to umami, so I felt it was lacking.
There is also an alcohol feeling. It has a sharpness, but it doesn't match well with food.
