The aroma of apples just bursts out! Easy to drink! It has a good balance of flavors! It's 6% alcohol, but it's so thick that I can drink it as fast as wine. However, if you want to get drunk, it's a bit expensive at 2200 yen for 6%... lol

At a rice polishing rate of 35, it's in the 1900 yen range! Fruity and strawberry aroma. It's beautiful, just like 35! It's a little thicker or darker like Hououmida. You can even mix it with Hououmida's strawberry!

Polishing rate of 100, 80% brown rice! It has a strong banana-like ginjo aroma. The mouthfeel is rather refreshing, but the aftertaste is complex and grainy. The body is probably quite thick and the flavor is high, but the ginjo aroma and Kaze no Mori's characteristic gasiness mask the thickness, making it easy to drink. However, since the body is solid, it goes well with Japanese food, and I felt that the taste was calculated and highly technical.

Quite gold in color. Smell of caramel, like it's been aged Taste of caramel... I thought it was very clean for a 60 milled rice, but the taste was not really my type... It's a shame, because I was expecting a muscat type, like the reviews say... I wanted to try Omine's Aizan, but it was a bit expensive, so I couldn't afford it. It was manufactured in April of last year, so I'm wondering if it might have been altered. This is the same liquor store where the snowman had gone bad two years in a row... Since the inside of the refrigerator is brightly lit, I'm wondering if the clear bottles of Orei are easily affected, and I'm getting skeptical about liquor stores these days. If anyone has had it, I would like to know the taste characteristics of the Omine Aisan. Thank you very much.

Probably more acidic in Shinsei? Grapefruit, peach? Grapefruit, peach, muscat? On the third day after opening the bottle, it started to taste like lactic acid. The taste changed quite a bit. I don't mind the third day, but I think it's better to have it right after opening to enjoy the fresh, sizzling, freshly squeezed taste and to pair it with food.

First time getting rice wine! First, I drank it without mixing the ori. It's clear but has a lot of volume. It's a little squishy, so even those who don't like thick sake can enjoy it. When I mixed it with the ori, it added a little bitterness. It's bitter, but it's not complicated, and it's not an unpleasant bitterness. But...I think I like it better without the ori mixed in. LOL. Sake from a recently established brewery in Oga City, Akita Prefecture. It is treated as other brewed sake, not sake. The law that prevents new sake breweries from being established is a real mystery. The price was high at 3,000 yen, so I couldn't afford it, but I got up the courage to buy it. It tasted even better than I expected! The sourness and sweetness are quite strong and in perfect balance to my liking! The president of this brewery has a goal to become a sake brewery, and from his twitter feed, I can tell that he is a very passionate person. He has trained at Shinsei, worked as a brewmaster at a brewery in Asakusa, and has actually grown rice. I hope you will support him.

National tax something gold award winning. 3,000😵 This is an honorable sake. No weaknesses. Personally, I like something sharp, but I thought this kind of sake was also elegant and tasty. It's a clean sake, but the rice seems to have melted well, and the use of acidity, typical of Wakanami, is good. The balance of sweetness and acidity is good!

My personal winning stock for 2021! It's tasty, fruity, squeezy, not heavy, crisp, just a hint of banana, melon rind? The aroma is not too strong, so it is easy to match with food. It's not too sweet, so you won't get tired of drinking it, and it's less than 1300 yen. The price is less than 1300 yen. It is like champagne. I want to keep it in my house.

I feel sweetness, umami, and sourness as shown in the description. Plus there is bitterness and miscellaneous flavors. Is it because the rice is 65% polished? I don't mind the bitterness, but I'd prefer a little less miscellaneous flavors. Although it is 16 degrees, I don't feel much alcohol. I don't dislike the overall taste. The price was also good because it was about 1400 yen.

It's thick, it's very alcoholic, and the alcohol stings a lot. A little banana? I heard that the smell of semedyne is so strong that you can't drink it if you don't put it down, but it doesn't bother me that much, maybe because it was made in July. After drinking this, I think I understand why the Nagoshi Zake I drank before, which was kept in the store for almost a year, was so great. Round, red-fleshed melon!
