I was thinking of buying some Sharaku today, and I found it at the liquor store today and bought it... After I got home, I thought that Nagoshi Zake was a sake that was aged a little bit and served after the summer. Is it?
I imagined that it would have a strong umami flavor, so I tried drinking it.
First I felt the sourness, and then the umami came rushing in! I feel it! (I'm not sure because I'm a beginner).
(I'm a beginner, so I'm not sure.) I got the impression that it was the type of sake that would taste better with synergy rather than interfering with food. I had the impression that it was the type of sake that tastes better with a synergistic effect.
I've only had one sip of Sharaku in the past, when I was drunk and took my colleague's sip (it tasted clean, crisp and sharp...?). I felt a little bad for the shop, but I also thought it was nice to have a chance to try sake once in a lifetime.
The owner wasn't there when I visited the shop today, so I'll ask him about the sake I bought next time.
