It seems to be a mixture of Arabashiri and Seme.
It's refreshingly dry and has a bitter taste. There is a gentle sweetness that I personally always feel is unique to Kakuemon, but secretly.
The design of the bottle also makes it a sake that you want to gulp down.
The sharpness is a little weak because of the lack of acidity.
