I thought I wouldn't have a chance to drink Hakurakusei for a while, but I got the news at a liquor store I go to sometimes!
It's a Corona supporting sake at a very reasonable price!
I think this is a really great way to get good sake at a reasonable price while the Corona disaster tends to make us feel down.
I opened the bottle with gratitude!
The aroma is mild, and the sake is well balanced.
While the Sharaku I posted earlier has a synergistic effect with food, this Hakurakusei has a gentle taste that goes well with food and doesn't get in the way (especially Japanese food)! It is indeed the ultimate sake for food.
It seems to go well with meals with soup stock.
It's a flashy sake with sweet and sour flavors. I like alcoholic beverages, but I thought it would be nice to have an alcoholic beverage that goes well with a meal like this.
