Shinsei is hard to come by, so there are plenty of other good sake without it! But it's still delicious when you drink it! LOL! And it has a unique taste. The acidity is clear, but delicate! I noticed after drinking it that there was a recommendation on the back to age it, so I want to try that next time.

It's a modern royal road. Aroma It has a sweet sake type aroma. When the temperature rises, the bitterness comes out a little, which is also good!

I bought this because I remembered how delicious it was when I drank it by weight at a pub last year! I wasn't as impressed as I was the first time I tried it (I think my sake taste buds got the better of me lol). I was less impressed than I was the first time I tried it (my sake tongue got tired of it? lol), but the aroma of ripe bananas was sweet and sweet, and when I drank it, the flavor and bitterness (or was it dry?) were amazing. It was hard for me to understand the smell of banana in sake, but for the first time I could see it clearly and realize I'm growing up! LOL!

Fruity aroma It is very gassy. A little sweet on the palate, but the aftertaste is dry and crisp with acidity! It's hard, but that's a good thing! I've been drinking a lot of light sake lately, but it's nice to have something with a bit of depth to it, so it feels like you're drinking sake! It's also easy to pair with food!

First of all, don't mix the coconut! Fresh, with just the right balance of sweetness and sourness that I like. I drank Modern Senkou Muketsu before, but the sourness is milder than that! The sweetness is even more pronounced when the ori is mixed in. This is totally possible! It was delicious!

The strawberry shake tasted just like they said it would! It was more than I imagined. The sourness and sweetness are very strong. It's like a strawberry shake where the strawberry fruitiness (sourness) is stronger than the milkiness. It was 11 degrees, so the fourth bottle was empty soon. It went well with potato salad.

Ged! Pretty dry! Very little sweetness. There is acidity. Distinctive aroma. It seems to shed fried food and greasy food. I love naturals, but I think it's better to buy this nigori as something else. It reminds me of Hanaboe's Splash. It doesn't have a grapefruit feel, but somehow it's somewhat similar. I don't dislike it, but I think I prefer the snowman.

It is sweet and sour, but the acidity precedes it. It is still beautiful acidity. I think the acidity is similar to that of Ecru. It is fresh and crisp. It has less sweetness than No.6, so I think I can drink it easily. At any rate, there was no loss in buying it. It's been a long time since I've had Shinsei, and I thought it was great. I think I'll go buy some lapis lazuli...

A modern, delicious, royal nigori? It has a fruity aroma, high carbonation, nigori, and a sparkling feel to it. The sourness and bitterness come together from the sweetness, and it's sharp. If you want to drink nigori, this is one you won't regret buying.

The second day, it tastes sweeter. Less carbonation. I don't know if it's because I drank the darker part of the bottom cage or because the taste changed, but I thought I liked it better on the second day. It also had a milky aroma.

Question (can anyone tell me what is going on?) Opened my second bottle of snowball of the season today. Something about the taste is different from the last time I drank it... It seemed drier and less sweet than last time. In the middle of drinking it, I noticed that there was no sweetness, or sweet fruit aroma, and it smelled sour. Is this the kind of thing that makes you feel old? I've only been drinking sake for a short time, so I don't really know what it smells like, but it smells unpleasant. This time, I bought the snowman from a different shop than the last time I bought it. This time I bought it from a different shop than the one I bought it from last time, a shop that uses electricity to light up the inside of the refrigerator, which I had been curious about for a while. I've heard that sake is sensitive to light, and I've always been curious about this, but I'm not sensitive to taste, so I've always just bought sake there, as long as it didn't taste bad. But this time, I felt a great sense of unease when I drank the snowball. I wonder if the light has anything to do with this difference in taste? By the way, I kept it in the fridge at home and opened it about three days after I bought it. I'm sorry for the confusing text, but if you know anything about it, I'd be very grateful if you could tell me. Thank you very much.

Nice to meet you. If the taste has changed since the last time you tasted it and you can feel the sourness, it's not in very good condition.LEDs don't deteriorate, so it's possible that the transportation was bad, not the liquor store. You might want to talk to the liquor store you bought it from.

Junya Morita. Nice to meet you, I guess it's okay if it's LED! The last time I drank it, it was delicious, so I was quite shocked and doubted the liquor store. I'll consider it including consultation. Thank you very much!

Long time no see! I wonder when I'll be able to get my hands on it again. I've heard that it's good for aging, so I've been aging it in my regular refrigerator for about half a year... I'm not sure if it had any aging effect, but it's still good! Orange honey? It tastes like orange nectar. It's sweet but also sharp. It is best to drink it with a glass of wine to feel the refreshment. It goes well with cream cheese with honey.

There is a ginjo aroma, but it is not very strong. It is a beautiful sake and has a good flavor! It is a good sake, but it has a modern taste. It's a good sake, but it also has a modern taste, so it's no wonder it's hard to find. Happy to have it!

It was in January of this year that I got hooked on sake. In the same month I got hooked, I discovered the beauty of nigori sake at Yamamoto's door, and in the same month I found out about the most famous nigori sake in Japan, Yukidaruma, and tried to buy it, but it was already too late... About a year later, I finally got to drink it, Yuki-Daruma! It tasted even better than I expected! It might be the best taste of the year. The taste is like a white carbonated juice (like Skoal) without the sweetness and with a refreshing kick! So it's like a permanent drink. I've seen this description of the taste a few times, but today I realized that it's not an exaggeration! If it was still on sale I'd buy another bottle!

Modest ginjo aroma. The umami is firm and in perfect balance with the acidity! It's good! But personally, I might prefer it if the acidity was a little stronger.

It feels like a cafe at home from noon... As for the sake itself, if you don't tell me it's a noble sake, I might not recognize it myself... In other words, it's not too sweet for a noble sake. The flax cat acidity is not so strong. There is a wooden barrel flavour. The aftertaste is a little bitter. The cake is not too sweet, with aromas and flavours of rose, berry and lychee. When you drink the wine with the cake, it is a perfect marriage! The level of sweetness of the cake and the liquor is the same, and when they are mixed in the mouth, the flavors spread and there is no unpleasant taste at all. At the end, the bitterness of the liquor cuts off the taste, so the cake and liquor go on and on. It's like two in one! It was delicious!
