Purchased at Marumaru Higashi Nihon in Omiya. I was attracted to it because it was called "nama-zake," but it is delicious! It has a strong sourness like yogurt, sweetness, and a delicious fermented taste. I had never seen this sake before, but I'm glad I did!

I wanted to try Gazanryu, so I bought it. I bought it without really looking at it, and it turned out to be a honjozo. I like Junmai, so I would never drink it if I was wrong, so I guess it's okay that it's rare. It's easy to drink, a little tangy and sweet and refreshing! I would like to try the others.

I often see it but had never had it before. It was a sake from Yamaguchi. Very tasty! It is refreshingly sweet and tangy. It is easy to drink, stylish, and seems to be liked by all, so it would make a good gift or souvenir.

Kaze no Mori. purchased on 10/2 but it was a project sake to toast this sake all together on 10/1. Too bad. LOL. The taste is also great. All Kaze no Mori sakes are refreshingly sweet and easy to drink! It is very good with a tangy feeling because it is a draft sake. I really wanted to do this - it looked like a lot of fun as it was a project where fireworks were set off and we could be one with the people who purchased the sake. If there's another one next year, I'll be back!

I knew Teimatsu from Saitama, but this hiyayogoshi is insanely good! The mouthfeel is tangy and sweet at the same time! It's sweet and tastes great when chilled! The Matsubokkuri bottle is also very cute. I'll buy it again next year!

When I find hiyaroshi, I buy it. Autumn is the best time to make progress with sake. I bought it because it is sweet and tangy, which I like. I really like it! It's amazing how sweet and refreshing it is even though it's not very polished - it's very tasty. It was a Saga sake, so I would like to try other sake.

I was wondering about the wind forest. I like it so much! Makes me want to drink the others! The aroma is quite sweet, but the first sip is tangy and refreshing. The sweetness is very strong, but it's delicious and easy to drink. Great with spicy or salty snacks. The sweetness makes it feel like a dessert wine.

EX sake brewery purchased this sake in Nagano. It was the easiest to drink after tasting many of them. It was the easiest to drink. I thought it was sweet when I tasted it, but it was so refreshing. I thought it was sweet when I tasted it, but it was refreshing. I thought it was rather easy to drink with rice.

My favorite Akabu Hiyayogoshi was already out, so I didn't hesitate to buy it! Mmmm! This, this, this! It was just like this. It was sweet, light, and easy to drink without any peculiarities. I fell in love all over again with this smooth sake that has no tanginess at all. I love Akabu.

I went to the Daishinshu store when I traveled to Nagano. I bought a hydrangea that is only available here. I've never even seen the label on it and it's so special! Very tasty! It has just the right amount of sweetness and sourness that can only be found in nama-shu. I really like the taste. Delicious...I want to drink more.

Purchased in Fukuoka. As a souvenir for myself! I remember that the Junmai Daiginjo from Wakanami was really good, but it is quite expensive, so I bought this one which is just right for me. The aroma when you open the bottle is sweet and the sweetness is wonderful. The taste is clean and easy to drink, just the way I like it!

My favorite Morinokura. I bought some on a trip to Fukuoka. Fukuoka was really great, because there are only a few liquor stores in Tokyo that carry it. As the name "Summer Jungin" implies, it is refreshing! It is not too sweet, and you can drink it easily. But it is not too spicy and has a soft sweet aroma of ginjo. It was just like a good sake.

Purchased at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station. I was happy to find Mitsui no Kotobuki from Fukuoka. It is a summer nigori. It is dry and quite refreshing. It is good to drink it crisp and cold. It goes well with any snacks!

I got this Shinsei at Kagataya Sake Shop in Nishikoyama. I was trying to decide when to drink it, but the adults enjoyed it on my daughter's 7 month anniversary. It's still so good! It has a light feeling with a slight sourness and a fruity taste that comes afterwards. The sweetness is similar to that of Mio or Otters, but it's not too strong! I would like to try other types!

The sake corner at Ikebukuro Tobu is a great place where sake breweries from various regions visit every week, and I met one when I went there on a whim. I told the sake brewer that I was interested in Rumiko, and was surprised to find that it was her. The very cute lady recommended a lot of sake, but the one that suited my taste was this junmai sake. It was easy to drink, just what I requested - I like it clean and sweet. Rumiko's personality is very nice and it made me want to visit the brewery.

At my favorite sake corner at Seibu in Ikebukuro. We asked them about their favorite taste and received a selection. It's very nice, clean, easy-drinking, and not too fussy! It's from Nanto City, so maybe I'll buy some next time I'm in Toyama!
