I had it picked out for me at a local liquor store. I had been in Kyushu for a while, so I thought I had had all the sake from there, but this was my first time at a sake brewery, and I really liked it! It has a gorgeous aroma and a fresh sweetness that is great. My favorite one! The unique label and name, Mutsugoro-san from Saga's Tocho, is also good. I wonder what the silhouette on this label is,,

It has been a long time since I purchased Niidashi Zenshu. I told the liquor store that I prefer sweet and refreshing, and they recommended it to me. It is just what I like! It is very easy to drink and sweet. It is the best nigori-gori that you can drink without hesitation.

I was curious about this sake because of its cool logo. I opened it after venting the sake, but it blew out to the ceiling...thanks to that, it was my first glass, but it was getting low...yuck! It's already the best of the fresh and refreshing sweetness of nama-zake. I love the lightness of the sake, which allows me to drink it all the time.

Junmai Daiginjo Aizan from Nabeshima! Aizan, which my husband inadvertently bought at a very high price, was robust, sweet and delicious! But for a wine with such high expectations, it was not that great? But it was not so good for my high expectations. LOL! But it was delicious!

The melon of NIIDASENSHU! was on my mind, so I bought it. I was excited about the melon, but I didn't feel that much melon - but the green label on the green bottle is nice and bright. All Niidashi sansyu products are delicious!

Purchased on a trip to Minakami, Gunma. I told them what I liked and they chose this sake for me. It was exactly what I liked. It is sweet and has a fresh and crisp taste. The label "QC13 on a summer day" made me chuckle as it looked like 1993 on a summer day.

I bought it at a Tohoku products exhibition in Omiya. The penguin was cute and when I tasted it, it tasted sour and sweet, so I bought it! In summer, I want a sour taste because it is not refreshing if it is only sweet. I was surprised to find out that it was made by the Kamizenjosui brewery! I was surprised to find out that it is made by Kamizenjosui!

It is delicious with a sour taste! It is best drunk crisp and chilled. It has a nigori (nigori is the Japanese word for "cloudy") and nama-zake-like schwarziness, and the label is refreshing and enjoyable, perfect for summer.

I wouldn't have bought it if it was just for the looks, but I was allowed to taste it and it was delicious, so I bought it. It tastes great when it is cooled down to the perfect temperature! It is truly a summer sake. It has no peculiarities and is refreshingly sweet.
