Purchased at a liquor store in Nishi-Kawaguchi. I was attracted by the name "Natsunanama" and the refreshingly stylish package. It is refreshing, has just the right amount of sweetness, and is very easy to drink. It is the best refreshing sake for summer! I like to drink it crisp and cold.

Purchased a bottle of Amami's Spring Sake. The label is cute~! I love the freshness of the shuwashu. It has just the right amount of sweetness and is refreshing and very easy to drink. All of Amami's products are delicious. The freshness is the best.

I was curious about the punchy label of Saitama's sake Teisho, so I bought it. It has a great sake taste, probably because it is a raw sake. The alcohol content is 18 degrees! It has a solid sake feel and a clean mouthfeel that I think dry sake lovers will love. It is not sweet, so I enjoyed it because it is different from what I usually buy.

Purchased at a liquor store in Akabane. I was curious about this sake because it is made from Nikko rice and delicious water. The first sip after opening it has a really gorgeous aroma and a different taste. It is very tasty! I think this may be my favorite sake in recent years. I heard they use a type of rice called Yumesasara. It's great. I want to buy it again.

I really enjoyed it so much that I bought it again and the taste had completely changed. I don't know if it deteriorated at the store where I bought it or if it was my refrigerator at home. Sake purchased in Mie. I chose it on a hunch, but it was from Aizan, which I had previously enjoyed after drinking one from another brewery! Maybe it is my favorite rice. I like it because it has a firm sweetness and is easy to drink. Delicious~!

At a ryotei restaurant in Koshigaya. I was so happy to find it on the menu that I ordered it, but it is really the easiest to drink without any peculiarities. It is the most popular sake on the menu. I was able to drink it just like water. The fact that it is a pure sake and not high in alcohol content is also a good point. It is delicious!

I bought it at Hirome Market in Kochi. I was going to buy some Saku and go home, but I had never seen Saku before, so I decided immediately. All Saku is easy to drink, but this one was very easy to drink, with plenty of the schwarziness and sweetness typical of the original sake.

Purchased in Kochi. I love doburoku, so I was curious. It is described as sweet but not too sweet at all, just right! The mouthfeel is a rice-filled mash, about the size of amazake. The aroma is really mellow and irresistible.

Purchased at a liquor store in Kochi. All Kaygetsu sake is delicious, so I went for the nama-harazake, which seems to be a rare winter-only sake. I have an image that most nama sake is tangy and refreshing, but it has just the right amount of sweetness to make it very easy to drink! I like it.

I was attracted to Kamikimoto because they had unfiltered raw sake, so I bought some at a liquor store in Nezu. Very easy to drink! It has a nice sweet taste. I thought I liked the taste of Kamikimoto when I drank it before, but I still like it.

Purchased at a liquor store in Akabane. It has a great raw feel! If I let it sit rather long after I bought it, the lid flew off when I opened it. The bulb was dangerous... It has a good raw feeling and a clear, easy-to-drink sweetness. I like it because it is easy to drink.

I bought it because I enjoyed it at the store. Kutouryuu Dorokuchi. It's nice and assertive with a strong sweetness and flavor - I drink it well chilled. At room temperature it's very sweet! I like it better when it is chilled.

I was curious about Aizu Musume after reading about it in a magazine. It is well-balanced, refreshing, and has no peculiarities at all. It goes well with rice! I like sweet sake, but this is very good as a food sake! I paired it with a snack of chicken cartilage.

Risshun morning aperitif for 2023. This year it was from a brewery in Hanno. Very tasty again this year! It has a tangy and fresh feeling with a lot of nama sake flavor. It is a crisp sake that is not sweet, so it is easy to pair with rice. We had it with pickled plums.

Purchased at Haruyama Shoten in Toda. I told them I wanted a sake that was clean, sweet, and had a sourness like sake, and they recommended it to me. It was exactly the type of sake I like, with a tangy flavor, and it was great! It is refreshingly sweet and easy to drink.
