Purchased at Marumaru Higashi Nihon in Omiya.
I was attracted to it because it was called "nama-zake," but it is delicious! It has a strong sourness like yogurt, sweetness, and a delicious fermented taste. I had never seen this sake before, but I'm glad I did!
