Risshun morning aperitif for 2023. This year it was from a brewery in Hanno. Very tasty again this year!
It has a tangy and fresh feeling with a lot of nama sake flavor. It is a crisp sake that is not sweet, so it is easy to pair with rice. We had it with pickled plums.
