Purchased at Toyohashi station. I wanted to drink a sake called Houraisen's Sora, but it was hard to find, so I bought Kabe (Besi). It has a mild mouthfeel and a solid alcohol taste at the end, but it is easy to drink. It is delicious!

I went to Wakatsuru Sake Brewery in Toyama to visit the brewery and bought this sake. There are Sou, Aroma, and Sai, all of which are refreshing and easy to drink, but I chose Sou because I felt it had the most sweetness. It is a mild and gentle sake without being tangy or strong at all.

Daishinshu in autumn. I was attracted by the copy "Jungin in Autumn" and the nice tape, so I bought it. It has sweetness and a strong, refreshing taste, and Daishinshu is stable and delicious! It is irresistible. It also has a little bit of a raw taste. It is delicious!

I bought this as a souvenir for myself in Toyama. I was too fascinated by the label. They made the sake with the image of a shortcake. It is very tasty! I love this kind of oddball, but it's a winner. It is sour and sweet, and the smell of koji rice malt is irresistible! The smell was so strong and the taste was so strong that I was lost as to what snacks to pair it with.

Purchased as a souvenir from a trip to Toyama. It is a small bottle, so I drank it the same day I got home. What surprised me when I traveled to Toyama was the fact that they are promoting sake and the whole town is trying to make you enjoy sake! There is a wide variety of sake at every restaurant, and it is all delicious. （I was very happy with the clean and gentle taste of the sake.

I bought this sake because I thought the white-based package was cute, but it was from Saitama! I was also curious about the taste of lemon-like sourness, but I don't think it's that sour. It has a good balance of sweetness and just the right amount of sourness. Delicious! I love the raw sake feeling. I would like to try other sakes as well.

The label is kind of a beautiful design with a very large starry sky. It's very watery and easy to drink with no habits at all. It is refreshing, has a gentle sweetness, and is delicious! It's like water, so it doesn't feel like alcohol and you don't get drunk at all. Dangerous! This is the first Ibaraki sake I've purchased, but I'd like to try other kinds.

When I told them I was traveling, they recommended a fire-brewed one, which I appreciated. It is a Chiba sake, but they use Hokkaido rice, Comet. It has a very nice aroma and a moderate sweetness.

This sake is made from my favorite rice called Sake Mirai from Akabu. I love all Akabu, but it's been so long I forgot what it tastes like, so I bought it. Delicious! It's easy to drink neat and sweet is Akabu - my favorite flavor.

I was attracted by the name "Twilight Orange" and the orange-scented label. I am not sure if it is orange or not, but it is a really refreshing citrus-like liquor with a strong acidity and not too sweet! It has a little bit of a schwarziness to it and is very easy to drink, with no boozy taste at all! This is great for summer 🍊.
