I wanted to drink spring sake, so I looked for a variety, but I was attracted by the word "hanashika yuho" and bought it. LOL! I could feel the fresh gas when I opened it, and the flavor of the sake is good! It has a sweet aroma and a clean taste that is very spring-like.

Akatake is a sake that I want to drink regularly. It is probably the most popular sake I drink. The sweetness and refreshing taste is stable and recharges me. I will drink it again. The fact that it is junmai sake and has such a great taste is unbeatable. I love it!

I bought it at imadeya in Karuizawa, I believe. I opened the bottle with a sense of excitement at the label that said "It's going to blow out! The moment I poured it, it had a great fresh and clean feeling! I'm looking forward to seeing the flavor change over time. I want to buy this again.

I was curious to buy this sake because it is from Kochi and is made with cel-24. Kaygetsu is delicious and promising, and the label is very cute! It is very easy to drink, with a good sweetness and a little sourness. Delicious!

It's been a while since I've purchased 寫楽. It's still delicious without a doubt! It's amazing how sweet and tasty a junmai sake can be! It really smelled like bananas when I opened it and I couldn't get enough of it. It is consistently delicious and great.

I saw a sake from Aizan that I used to drink and really liked, so I bought it! I have decided that I will definitely buy Aizan sake whenever I find it. It is still very tasty! It has a strong sweetness but is very easy to drink. I will definitely buy it again!

I realized I had forgotten to raise it and it was completely empty. This year's Risshun morning aperitif was Tenranzan. It has a tangy, pungent taste that is typical of nama sake, but it is neither too sweet nor too spicy, and has just the right balance that I like! I think it is because the process of making Risshun Asa Shibori is the same, so it seems to be the same no matter where I drink it. But it is delicious and I love this sake that I can find once a year! I look forward to another year!

I remembered somewhere that I had had it before and enjoyed it, so when I found it was available for pre-order, I pre-ordered it and bought it. It is soooo delicious! The rice is still very mushy, and when opened, it has a great freshness and just the right amount of sweetness. It is my favorite in the doburoku world.

I went to Musashikoyama for the first time in a while, so I bought it at Kagataya Sake Shop. Maybe because it is directly pumped or unfiltered, it has a unique fermentation smell like wine, which is interesting! It has a good acidity and sweetness. The taste will probably change depending on the environment in which it was kept. I am looking forward to drinking it after tomorrow!

I love Kuroryu's Drooping Mouth, so I saw it and bought it! It is still delicious~! It has a great balance of sweetness and cleanness, I think it tastes different on day 1 and day 2. I would buy it again if I see it again!

Purchased at a liquor store in Higashiurawa. I asked the store staff to select a sake that had a raw taste, and it really was a very raw, slightly sparkling sake. The moment I opened it, it was full of bubbles! The other labels of Azumatsuru are also stylish, but this one is very nice and nice. It has just the right amount of sweetness and refreshing taste. I would like to buy it again!

Probably purchased at a liquor store in Kawaguchi. I had never seen this sake before, but in Yamagata, you can't go wrong! I thought, "I really like this sake! It's a light nigori (light cloudy) raw sake with a lot of schwarziness. It has a gentle sweetness, not too sweet, which I like! There was a gap because it was totally different from the package's strong impression.

Purchased for the end of the year. I trusted it because I had probably had Moribo before, and it is delicious! It is refreshing with a strong acidity and lots of freshness. The sake I bought at the end of the year had been sweet, so it was fresh and very tasty.

Purchased at a liquor store in Kitasenju for the end of the year. It was recommended by the liquor store, but it is still a delicious Toyo Bijin! It's the best! It is sweet, refreshing and easy to drink. I can't get enough of it. They also sell different rice varieties, but I'm interested in the others.

It has a slight tanginess to it, but it is sweet and very easy to drink. I forget where I bought it, but it is very tasty and was chosen by the usual way of asking. It was my favorite flavor. (I had forgotten that it was from Fukushima, only to realize later that it was a sake from Fukushima)

I bought many favorite flavors of sake toward the end of the year. I didn't wait until the end of the year to open it at all. I didn't want to wait until the end of the year to open it at all. It's sweet and refreshing, just the way I like it. It doesn't have a raw feel to it, so it really is like water! It is water!
