Last week I chose "Hishiko" for my mother's birthday 🎂.
And this week, for my father😇s birthday, I chose the sake...
It is "Harugokoro Junmai Sake Kibune Hatsu Shibori" from Komatsu City, Ishikawa 🍶.
I was attracted by the fact that it has my father's name on it and the fact that it was the first brand I had seen 🌸.
After the apple-like acidity, the rich flavor and alcohol taste reminiscent of sake lees was impressive, and the sip after sip went on and on! 🥰
The second photo is a two-shot with "Hishiko" since we were there! 😆 😆

Thank you so much, Pon 🤗.
My parents are from Tohoku, but the two bottles they chose were both Hokuriku sake 🍶😁 At least the sweets were thin skin buns from my hometown 😉🍵.

Good evening, Mr. Aaru Sake 🌛.
Happy birthday to your father 🎉.
I'm from the next prefecture but I've never seen "Shunshin" before 😊.
Both Tohoku and Hokuriku are deep snowy areas with heavy snowfalls, so the temperament of the sake may be similar 😁.

Hi Jive, good evening 🌓.
Thank you 🤗
There are still many brands 🍶 that I don't know about ✨It's fun to discover the sake that each climate produces 😆.

Thank you so much, Tsubu!
I first took a picture with the two bottles on opposite sides, but it didn't feel right, so I had to reshoot it 😁 I'm glad we could taste the "father & mother sake" together 😊.
