Second Nihonbashi Toyama Pavilion
On the left in front of you
Takazawa Sake Brewery Organic Akebono Hatsuarashi
The sake brewery is only listed as Toyama.
The taste is very strong.
Soft amazake aroma.
Tour of Antenna Shops
Nihonbashi Toyama-kan Toyama Bar
Back left side
The gentlest of the three.
It's 14 degrees, so it makes sense.
It is a white wine with a strong acidity.
Nihonbashi Fukushimakan No.3
No.1 left: Banjo Kotobuki Kosmos
Sake made with rice from Namie and yeast collected from Namie cosmos.
Which one was it made from? I wondered, but since it was made at Fukushima-kan, it was called Fukushima sake.
Besides the grain-like aroma, is there something about it that makes it cosmos-like?
It has a strong acidity and 14 degrees, so it's gentle.
It's been a while since I visited an antenna store
Left is Ippo
Both sweetness and bitterness are strong.
Sourness is there but it's hidden
It goes well with kamaboko
Junmai Namahashimoto Soukai Cold Sake, with a "Limited Edition" label.
The aroma is sweet with a hint of koji.
But it is not that sweet.
The acidity comes with a bang, and there is a light bitterness at first,
Watafune Nama-moto Junmai Wooden Oke Brewing
It had acidity because it is a nama yeast, but it tasted better when it was warmed up, which means it tastes better cold than chilled? How about heating it up?
HITOMEBORE Brut
Jewel-like stickers are cute!
HITOMEBORE" means "Hitomebore" in Japanese because the sake rice is Hitomebore.
Brut = dry, but the aroma before drinking is mildly sweet.
The aroma before you drink it is mildly sweet, but the bitterness of the sourness makes it taste dry.
But I think there is some sweetness in the distance.
Koshihikari New Sensation
The taste of this series is changing rapidly
Pitchy and disappears rapidly.
Not so much at first, but the sweetness and bitterness are becoming more appealing.
