It is refreshing but has no bitterness, so it is easy to drink! This store is located in front of the ticket gate of Kintetsu Nara station and is a standing bar (with chairs), but it is directly managed by the brewery. Very nice. The snacks are good too! (The snacks are also very good!

So it's a craft saké. It is made from glutinous germinated brown rice and grape juice produced in Shiwa Town. That's why it is slightly red. It has a red wine-like fruity taste, which is just right for people who are not used to drinking it.

There is definitely a white wine-like quality to it, but there is a strong bitterness. I wonder if there is a graininess in the far end. Shunyo is sake rice, apparently. It is said that its low amino acid content makes it light without much polishing, but I wonder how it is. I can understand why some people like it.
