This Sake has a light aroma of grapefruit. The flavor is also light with fruit and citrus. Nice acidity that give a tingle on the tongue. The mouth feel is juicy and the finish is clean. I really enjoy the playfulness of this Sake and will add it to my list of favorites. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

This Sake is bold with a full and soft mouth feel. There is a strong rice flavor, some sweet, with hints of wood and caramel that lasts for a long finish. This is an interesting Sake for me and a learning experience. ๐Ÿง

This Sake soft and sweet like cotton candy. The mouth feel is full and juicy. It then changes to a sharp citrus flavor with a dry, clean finish. It's no wonder that I can't stop drinking this. ๐Ÿ˜‹

This Sake is soft, juicy and sweet. The flavor reminds me of the Tochigi milky strawberry and it has a full, soft mouth feel. The acidity at the end cleanses the pallet and leaves a very light sour finish. This is a fun Sake to try. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

This Sake is fruity and has a soft mouth feel. Strong aroma of rice when opening the bottle. There are nice flavors of pear and melon. The soft and juicy mouth feel makes me want to have another sip. The finish is clean with a slight hint of caramel. A gold medal winner in the 2023 US National Sake Appraisal.

This Sake has a gentle sweetness and light effervescence. There is a bit of sourness towards the end. The finish is long and sustains the sweet flavor. The flavor reminds me of a juicy ripe apricot. Light and refreshing a great combination.
