The fruity peach aroma and flavor are delightful. The finish is sharp and clean. I find this interesting because it is juicy and full, followed by tart and clean.

I just drank this last month but am very happy to have it again. The juicy flavor of apple and the tart , clean finish gives this Sake a refreshing feel. It keeps me coming back for more. ๐

This Sake is smooth and mild. A beautiful Sake that is floral, clean and has a mild finish. The peach flavor is mild.
I always mistake this for a Daiginjo instead of Junmai Ginjo. An excellent Sake from Fukushima.

This Sake is mildly sweet and has a soft and full mouth feel. It does have a rich flavor with a flavor that reminds me of white flowers. About midway the dryness starts and continues to the finish. I think there is the flavor of celery at the finish. ๐ค
