This Sake has a light aroma of grapefruit. The flavor is also light with fruit and citrus. Nice acidity that give a tingle on the tongue. The mouth feel is juicy and the finish is clean.
I really enjoy the playfulness of this Sake and will add it to my list of favorites. 😃
