Shinshu Kamerei's limited edition from the brewery
What is Miyamanishiki like?
The aroma and the first sip has a fruity sweetness, but it is not as sharp as Hitogokochi.
But even though it is fire-aged, you can feel the gaseous taste of the raw sake, and I don't dislike it.
It is rather sweet and juicy, and I like it 🙂.
But the Shinshu Kamerei I've had so far is still Hitogokochi, which is delicious 🤩.
I'm going to go to the brewery next time and stock up for watching the Olympics on TV.
What are your favorite events in the Olympics ❔ I am looking forward to men's volleyball and women's golf.

Hello, Kuri the Morinin 🐦!
I've tasted the brewery's limited edition and I'm still envious of the fact that it's Hitogokochi ✨I'd love to drink that much 😻😻.
Finally, the day after tomorrow, isn't it? I'm looking forward to ballet and judo too!

Hello Pon ✨😃❗❗
I just don't like the lingering sweetness, but Shinshu Kamerei is still delicious with any rice 🤭.
I'm also into Yamasan from Ueda recently.
If you find it, try it ❕🥰.
