After lunch in Kyoto, thanks to Pon-chan, we found out about a sake festival at the Kyoto Takashimaya Department Store and decided to drop by.
I was with my husband, who is not a drinker, so we didn't really enjoy it.
I was with my husband, who does not drink, so we could not enjoy much, but when we found a bottle of Jyushiyo Kuronawa, he recommended that we should drink it because he did not know when we would encounter it again, so we went separately to taste it.
I was able to taste it, though not immediately after opening the bottle,
Fruity aroma like LaFrance. It has an elegant sweetness like Wasanbon (Japanese three-bean cake). The bitterness that comes out at the end was a nice touch.
This black rope is also made with the "secret tamagase" technique.
