I couldn't get No. 6 for a long time.
I finally decided to open a bottle of this sake that had been waiting in the cellar.
The glass still has thin bubbles on it.
It still has thin bubbles in the glass and feels a bit chippy.
But the fresh acidity and fruitiness has calmed down too much, and the sweetness is all over the place.
It was a pity that the sharp acidity typical of Niimasa rounded out too much and gave a somewhat blurred impression.
However, it was not that it was not tasty, but the creamy texture was precious.
However, I feel that it would have been better to drink it a little earlier at our house.
It went better with pizza topped with shiso than with Japanese food.
