I bought this bottle in the basement of Nagoya Takashimaya just in case. I had bought two bottles at the sake brewery exhibition and had no intention of buying it, but I had heard that Houraisen's beauty is the best, so I bought a small bottle after much hesitation. As a result, I am glad I bought it. It is slightly sweet and has a clear taste. As the name suggests, it was a beautiful sake. I wish I had bought a small bottle because it was not raw.

This was also purchased at the Japanese Sake Brewery Exhibition at Nagoya Takashimaya. It has a great micro-fizzy taste. It is like grapefruit juice. The aroma is modest, probably because it is junmai (pure rice). It is fresh and well-balanced. It is true what they say, "He who runs after two hares will not catch them both.

Purchased at the Japanese Sake Brewery Exhibition at Nagoya Takashimaya. I got in line first thing in the morning. It was a bit light, with a chili taste and a slight bitterness typical of Kuheiji, but after 3 or 4 days from opening the bottle, the bitterness changed to a sweet flavor, like a fruit juice. It was still a delicious bottle.

The sixth and final drink of the day was Wakamusume. This was also my first time drinking this sake. The aroma was fruity. Delicious.

At Namara Yoshi, Sapporo. This is the first time I went there since the relocation. First up was the steadfast Natsu Gin. It is gorgeous and sweet like citrus, but crisp and clean.

I bought this sake at my usual Tokyu basement because I wanted something different from my usual sake. From the label, I thought it would be a white wine-like drink, but it was quite sweet and robust.

At Koukashi Takamoshiya for the first time in about 6 months. The first all-you-can-drink bottle was my favorite Niseko red. It is gorgeous and a little sweet.
