First time in a while at Kishin. I decided to have omakase (leave it to me) with up to 5 cups for the time being. First of all, this one. Tenbi. Is it the first time?
It is sweet and tasty with a strong flavor.
Purchased at Nagoya Shibata Sake Shop, which I hadn't been to in a while. This is the first time for me to drink Hachimata.
It has a smooth mouthfeel with an excellent balance of acidity and sweetness. The aftertaste has a slight vanilla aroma unique to Oroku. ←Is it just me?
It's a masterpiece!
It was a gift. It is Niseko's favorite red label, and it is freshly squeezed. Just looking at the label made me drool...
It is light immediately after opening the bottle, but after 3-4 days, it becomes fruity and delicious. You can enjoy the change of taste in this bottle.
We moved to a different location for the second event of the day. Otokoyama brewed this sake for pairing with sushi. We had it at a snack bar we hadn't been to in a while. It certainly goes well with seafood. It is dry and has a nice sharpness.
The second drink was Nabeshima. This was also an all-you-can-drink option, as one would expect from Momorin!
It is rich and has a slightly tangy taste. The taste is addictive.
First sake party in a while. We drink as much as we can. We started with Hanamup. From the moment it is poured, it has a gorgeous heady aroma. It has a mellow, umami taste.
The rice, water, and brewery are all Tokachi sake. Purchased at Obihiro Station. It is rather refreshing, but has a delicious flavor unique to Kamikawa Taisetsu.
It has been a long time since I have seen Hakurakusei. My wife gave it to me for my birthday.
Since it is a new sake, I imagined it would be rough, but it was well-balanced with just the right amount of umami. It is indeed the ultimate food sake.
