Purchased at the Japanese Sake Brewery Exhibition at Nagoya Takashimaya. I got in line first thing in the morning.
It was a bit light, with a chili taste and a slight bitterness typical of Kuheiji, but after 3 or 4 days from opening the bottle, the bitterness changed to a sweet flavor, like a fruit juice. It was still a delicious bottle.
