I decided to take a day trip to Hakodate during GW and bought this as a commemorative gift. Junmai Ginjo is my favorite sake of all brands of Kamikawa Taisetsu.
At Raccoon Alley with sake friends. (I'm not sure.)
I had no hesitation in having the first glass, because it had two of my favorite words in it, "light nigori" and "nama" (raw). It's juicy but has a nice sharpness.
It has been a while since I had a yellow label. It's freshly squeezed, and it's rather refreshing and not too tiring to drink. It seems to go well with all kinds of food.
Next, Kita no Nishiki Fuyu Hanabi Draft, which is also available only at this time of the year. What a treat! I haven't had it in a while, but was the label black?
I like this one a lot. It's cloudy and completely juice.
It was a rare occasion when it was on sale in the basement of Sapporo Daimaru, so I bought it without hesitation. Is this also a support for reconstruction?
It is a Yamahai, so it has a strong acidity. It was easy to drink right after opening the bottle, but I left it in the fridge for about a week and it turned into a taste I don't like. What a waste. This wine should be consumed in its entirety.
I bought it in November at the Ikebukuro Seibu basement and finally opened the bottle after two months of laying in wait. I have been curious about Kamo Kanehide for a long time, and this is probably my first time drinking it.
It has a slightly petit flavor, and is mild and delicious with a lot of umami.
This is the first one this year. My wife gave it to me for New Year's, thank you.
It is a beautiful and clear sake, just like the sake on display. It goes well with osechi.
