Kurogyu Junmai-shu Unfiltered Nakadori Nama-shu I got it! I liked it better when it was colder than room temperature, rather than when it was chilled to a crisp. It was delicious!  My wife had the same impression. Then we waited until it was warm and drank it. I think this sake tastes more like rice than citrus. I like citrusy sake, and it tasted good after it warmed up, but I thought it was a sake that we didn't get along with. It's a pity that when I heated it up, it became even more difficult to get along with. The smell was too strong and the alcohol content increased considerably. I like the taste of Yamagata Prefecture's sake, Yamagata Masamune. It was a little different from my taste. Repeat purchase of a bottle of Oyataka Shuzo Zanko Horai Junmai Ginjo Qeeen. It was my favorite flavor, so I quickly ran out of leftovers, and since it's a local brewery, I just drove over and phew! I learned for the first time from the brewer that this sake originally did not contain ori, but this time, when it was pressed, it contained ori. I also like sake with ori. The next one will be without ori, and I am looking forward to that.

I bought this to use as a hot sake. I thought it would be better served hot, and in a very high temperature range, rather than cold, and I didn't like the acidity of lukewarm sake. It was a sake for New Year's Day at my wife's parents' home in Hiroshima Prefecture, Flaster. It is very easy to drink at room temperature to hot rather than cold. It is very easy to drink at room temperature from around 60 degrees. This sake is best served with food! It matches well with all kinds of food and the sake goes well with it. If you drink it at too high a temperature, the alcohol will increase and your eyes and nose will be irritated. The aroma of the rice is exquisite and "delicious"! The cost is also great!

Honmaru is also very delicious, but as the temperature rises, the sweetness becomes stronger, and although it is a luxury, I don't drink it these days! But this Akaban Yuumachi, if it doesn't get extremely warm But this Akaban Yuumachi, if it doesn't get extremely warm, it will continue to have the same taste and aroma for a long time, and there's nothing to dislike about it at all! It's great! When you open the bottle, you can taste the unique flavor! It's great! It's not that anything jumps out at you, it's the overall taste that jumps out at you! It's not citrusy, it's more like an elegant fruity rice flavor! (This is my impression, so please use it as a reference only.) It's full-bodied, refreshing, and has a pleasant sweet aroma in the nose. I can't really describe the quality of this sake, but... It's like a Lexus of the highest order! at Izumibashi Sake Brewery in Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture. I bought a bottle of Kurotombo Junmai-shu and a pot for heating it up at the same time. You fill the pot with boiling water and drink it at your desired temperature. It's an interesting shape, but it's an excellent item for heating up delicious hot water (๑╹ω╹๑ ) The sake has been aged for 2 years. You can smell the light smell of aging when it's cold, but it's so slight that it doesn't bother you at all. At very hot temperatures, the aroma of maturation fades away, but for a short time you can smell the fruity aroma! However, if you like fruity drinks, this is not the drink for you! However, it is a very mellow and delicious sake! This sake is best served hot rather than cold. It's a good match for pork miso soup or stewed pork chops! It is not a good match with cheese.

Two years ago, I was recommended this sake by a shopkeeper at my favorite restaurant, Sohomare Dry. I was told that it was dry, but I had no problem drinking it, it's certainly not citrusy, but it's mellow. The smell of the rice barn came back to me and reminded me of my uncle's barn in Shiga Prefecture. It was a sake that brought back nostalgic memories and aromas! Very good sake! Delicious sake! Later, when I went out with my wife to Fukushima Prefecture, we stopped by the Sohare brewery Because it was such a short notice, we were only able to get a briefing on the sake and were told that it was being sold wholesale to a nearby shop! We bought it there! After returning home, I drank it with my wife, and we talked about the memories of our trip, and had a very happy trip. I think it's relatively easy to buy, so I'd like to repeat it! Also, when it comes to Tochigi Prefecture, my wife and I like Hououmita" is the best tasting sake that many people also drink!

This sake was introduced by a sake writer on a TV program when she visited Ishikawa Prefecture, so I bought it with high expectations! Well... it was not my favorite taste. The acidity was very strong at any temperature range... I couldn't feel the taste of the rice... I heard it was classified as dry. The acidity is too strong and the dryness is blurred... It is difficult to know how to drink it... The only thing that mellowed the strong acidity a little was white rice. Now I'm looking forward to matching it with sashimi... No repeats... At that time I was wondering about Mutsumi Hassen, Senkou, Nabeshima, Akabu, Fukuda from Nagasaki prefecture. Next time, if any of the above brands are available, I would like to buy it.

At a buckwheat noodle shop I frequent! I found a red dragonfly! A lot of people on Sake no Wa gave it a very high rating. I couldn't stop drinking it! I was scared to drink it, because the rice polishing ratio was 90%. First of all, I checked the smell. There is no alcohol smell, but rather a rich smell of rice! In the mouth, it's so clear that you can't believe it's polished to 90%, and you can taste the fruity taste of the rice that you can tell it's been made with great care! The sake has become a little milder with Hiyaoroshi! There's no alcohol smell at all, nothing to dislike, in fact it's so good you'll want to drink it again and again! I'm here. I went to the liquor store I usually go to, thinking I wanted to drink Shinsei Cosmos, but there were only 4 bottles left, so I bought it immediately. The bottle I bought this time had a different shape than the old one, and it was a bit chunkier. Even though the shape of the bottle has changed, the taste is the same, the best "umami! The characteristic of Cosmos is the astringent taste and smoke feeling when it goes down your throat! Once you try it, you will be addicted to it. For a moment, you feel the sweetness of lychee, and then the exquisite astringency appears! It no longer tastes like sake, it tastes like red wine. It's really delicious! I can understand why it sold out immediately. However, this Cosmos has a weaker Sumoku feeling than the previous ones. It's a difficult sake to buy, but When you can buy it, you will be very happy(๑╹ω╹๑ )

I was fascinated by the words "It's so good!" on a sake show, so I bought a bottle of Manjusen. The label was also gorgeous, so I... I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be good. No citrus taste either...not my favorite flavor! It's been about two weeks since I opened the bottle and today I tried it hot! Great answer!  I found it tasted better at a fairly hot temperature! It's not amazingly good, but It's not great, but it's a lot better than cold! After swallowing it, I could taste a good amount of rice flavor! I thought this Limited Edition was the perfect sake for heating up!

I've been wanting to try Enishi for a long time, but I've never been able to meet him, and now I finally have! When you open the bottle, it doesn't have a firing sensation, but when you put it in your mouth, a tingling sensation like carbonation spreads on your tongue and it's great! It's got Tsukiyama's characteristic thick feeling and a gentle melon-like aroma that spreads out and the fruit aroma hits your nose comfortably! Passing through! The best! It's so delicious! I think the best time to drink this junmai-shu is when the weather gets colder. It's not suitable for the hot summer season. I've never had another Junmai Ginjo, so I'd like to try other kinds. <Additional comments It's been a couple of days since I opened the bottle, but the initial horniness has disappeared and it's become easier to drink! I drank it cold and chilled. The mouthfeel has mellowed and the taste has a citrus aroma that wasn't there at first! Sharaku I'm afraid (๑╹ω╹๑ )
