シンゲンケンシン
at Izumibashi Sake Brewery in Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture. I bought a bottle of Kurotombo Junmai-shu and a pot for heating it up at the same time. You fill the pot with boiling water and drink it at your desired temperature. It's an interesting shape, but it's an excellent item for heating up delicious hot water (๑╹ω╹๑ ) The sake has been aged for 2 years. You can smell the light smell of aging when it's cold, but it's so slight that it doesn't bother you at all. At very hot temperatures, the aroma of maturation fades away, but for a short time you can smell the fruity aroma! However, if you like fruity drinks, this is not the drink for you! However, it is a very mellow and delicious sake! This sake is best served hot rather than cold. It's a good match for pork miso soup or stewed pork chops! It is not a good match with cheese.
