I like the taste of Yamagata Prefecture's sake, Yamagata Masamune.

The impression of the taste was very mild and smooth.
The citrusy aroma was very slight.
I only drank it cold, so it might have been better if it was heated.
There are still many things I don't know about pairing.
I could not bring out the best of this sake.
