Lunch at soba noodles restaurant that we often visit Tasake's limited edition sake! It's been a while since I've tasted Tasake, and I was tempted by the description "limited edition"! Purchased at Mekada Sake Shop in Utsunomiya City A store that I stop by on my way home from a recent trip to the Tohoku region. I saw it wrapped in newspaper in the Tochigi Prefecture's local sake corner and bought it, believing the pop-up sign! It goes great with oden or anything with a Japanese broth! It made the sake taste much better. It was the most delicious sake I have ever had in the sake brewery in Tochigi Prefecture.
