This sake was introduced by a sake writer on a TV program when she visited Ishikawa Prefecture, so I bought it with high expectations! Well... it was not my favorite taste. The acidity was very strong at any temperature range... I couldn't feel the taste of the rice... I heard it was classified as dry. The acidity is too strong and the dryness is blurred... It is difficult to know how to drink it... The only thing that mellowed the strong acidity a little was white rice. Now I'm looking forward to matching it with sashimi... No repeats... At that time I was wondering about Mutsumi Hassen, Senkou, Nabeshima, Akabu, Fukuda from Nagasaki prefecture. Next time, if any of the above brands are available, I would like to buy it.

The taste and smell were much milder and it became "good"! When it's hot, it tastes the same no matter what food I drink it with. In my opinion, this sake is now suitable for hot heating! When it's cold, it's back to being my least favorite sake! I'm glad there's one more hot sake I can enjoy!

At a buckwheat noodle shop I frequent!　I found a red dragonfly! A lot of people on Sake no Wa gave it a very high rating. I couldn't stop drinking it! I was scared to drink it, because the rice polishing ratio was 90%. First of all, I checked the smell. There is no alcohol smell, but rather a rich smell of rice!　In the mouth, it's so clear that you can't believe it's polished to 90%, and you can taste the fruity taste of the rice that you can tell it's been made with great care! The sake has become a little milder with Hiyaoroshi! There's no alcohol smell at all, nothing to dislike, in fact it's so good you'll want to drink it again and again!　I'm here. The bottle I bought this time had a different shape than the old one, and it was a bit chunkier. Even though the shape of the bottle has changed, the taste is the same, the best "umami! The characteristic of Cosmos is the astringent taste and smoke feeling when it goes down your throat! Once you try it, you will be addicted to it. For a moment, you feel the sweetness of lychee, and then the exquisite astringency appears!　It no longer tastes like sake, it tastes like red wine.　It's really delicious!　I can understand why it sold out immediately. However, this Cosmos has a weaker Sumoku feeling than the previous ones. It's a difficult sake to buy, but When you can buy it, you will be very happy(๑╹ω╹๑ )

Great answer!　　I found it tasted better at a fairly hot temperature!　It's not amazingly good, but It's not great, but it's a lot better than cold! After swallowing it, I could taste a good amount of rice flavor! I thought this Limited Edition was the perfect sake for heating up!

I've been wanting to try Enishi for a long time, but I've never been able to meet him, and now I finally have! When you open the bottle, it doesn't have a firing sensation, but when you put it in your mouth, a tingling sensation like carbonation spreads on your tongue and it's great! It's got Tsukiyama's characteristic thick feeling and a gentle melon-like aroma that spreads out and the fruit aroma hits your nose comfortably! Passing through! The best! It's so delicious! It's great when it's chilled, and it's even better when it's a little warm! I have a feeling it'll be good hot too! The Tsukiyama is very tasty after all!

I think the best time to drink this junmai-shu is when the weather gets colder. It's not suitable for the hot summer season. Yikes, I was so impressed by the mild acidity of this sake! The acidity of the Shinsei Number 6 is open and refreshing, the taste of acidity spreading to your mouth, throat, nose! I love it! The sourness of this Yamagata Masamune has a gentle aroma in the throat and nose, a round and gentle sourness, and a pleasant aftertaste that disappears quickly, leaving a good aftertaste, and I became addicted to it! It was so delicious that I immediately bought a repeat of the same bottle at the store. After that, I continued to drink other brands of Yamagata Masamune for a while! I remember that the sourness that was typical of Shinsei was suppressed, and it was gentle on the palate, throat and nose. There was no alcohol smell at all! The total balance seems to be very high. The impact is weak, but I think this is a sake that some people may like. I thought it would make a good aperitif! I think it would be very extravagant to have Shinsei as an aperitif, though. I drank a bottle of Kameizumi's CEL24 a while ago, and my brain remembered the great pineapple smell, and I thought "Huh! I wondered if it tasted so thin", but after drinking the Number 6 again today, I realized that the Kameizumi had too much impact on me. It's not too much in a weird way. Turtle Spring is pineapple. Number 6 tastes like white wine grapes. Singen Kensin has yet to discover the benefits of red and white wine! I just love the white grape taste of Number 6! I think everyone who likes this kind of taste will agree with me. I think it's a sake with a perfect balance of acidity and a way of disappearing that allows you to keep drinking it without getting tired of it. It's a sake sold in a small supermarket in my wife's family's house in Fukuyama, Hiroshima. I think the best way to drink this sake is when it's hot and cold, or when it's cold and lukewarm. When I went to my favorite restaurant When we went to our favorite restaurant, there was only one brand that we didn't know and it was "Kameari". We were so impressed with the taste! I think it was a different type of rice, but it had a refreshing Mitsuya Cider type aroma with just the right amount of acidity and fizziness. At first I bought it in a #4 bottle, but then I bought it twice in a 1-cup bottle, and I plan to buy it again in a 1-cup bottle next time.
