This is also a series of past drinking before I knew about the Sakenowa app.
I became a fan of this Yamagata Masamune the first time I drank it!
Yikes, I was so impressed by the mild acidity of this sake!
The acidity of the Shinsei Number 6 is open and refreshing, the taste of acidity spreading to your mouth, throat, nose! I love it!
The sourness of this Yamagata Masamune has a gentle aroma in the throat and nose, a round and gentle sourness, and a pleasant aftertaste that disappears quickly, leaving a good aftertaste, and I became addicted to it! It was so delicious that I immediately bought a repeat of the same bottle at the store. After that, I continued to drink other brands of Yamagata Masamune for a while!
The above comments are based on my impressions from a while ago and my subjective opinion.
I'm sure you'll enjoy it. m(_ _)m
This is also a series of past drinking.
The taste and other impressions are based on past memories, so please don't participate too much and just look at it as a hint. m(_ _)m
It is not the store where I usually buy it, but another place.
At the time, I remember how happy and excited I was to be able to buy a bottle of Shinsei sake (and still am).
I remember that the sourness that was typical of Shinsei was suppressed, and it was gentle on the palate, throat and nose. There was no alcohol smell at all!
The total balance seems to be very high.
The impact is weak, but I think this is a sake that some people may like.
I thought it would make a good aperitif! I think it would be very extravagant to have Shinsei as an aperitif, though.
From this time to the present, I've only seen it once.
I was lucky enough to buy this before I knew about Sakenowa.
This is the Cosmos label from Colors, it was over a year ago, so I'm trying to remember what I thought of it, so it may be wrong!
There is a slight bitterness at the end of the drink, and this bitterness is also a pleasant bitterness with a perfect balance.
And after the bitterness, you can feel the smell of wood for a moment. After the bitterness, I remember the unique impact of the woody smell that disappears.
None of the tastes and smells are unpleasant, but the taste and smell are addictive!
It's still the best sake!
It seems to be even more popular these days, so much so that it is bought and gone in no time at all... I wonder when I can buy it ......
It was a sake that really made me realize the difference in taste between people.
The clerk said, "The woman who bought this sake came back the next day to buy more because it was so good." I knew I could count on that, being a local sake! With high expectations, I bought it!
It was not a good match for me!
When I opened the bottle, I could smell a slight ginjo aroma...
I felt that it was trying to be close to the fruity sensation of the famous ones... I haven't bought any repeats since.
For those of you who love sake, and for those of you who post here on Sakenowa, this is a sake that no longer needs to be explained!
I drank a bottle of Kameizumi's CEL24 a while ago, and my brain remembered the great pineapple smell, and I thought "Huh! I wondered if it tasted so thin", but after drinking the Number 6 again today, I realized that the Kameizumi had too much impact on me. It's not too much in a weird way.
Turtle Spring is pineapple.
Number 6 tastes like white wine grapes.
Singen Kensin has yet to discover the benefits of red and white wine!
I just love the white grape taste of Number 6!
I think everyone who likes this kind of taste will agree with me.
I think it's a sake with a perfect balance of acidity and a way of disappearing that allows you to keep drinking it without getting tired of it.
I think that all the people who post on Sakenowa share the same joy of being able to buy the number 6!
This Kikuhime is a liquor store that has always taken care of me.
I wanted to try it hot.
I asked him if I could try it hot, and he recommended this Kikuhime.
I don't like to drink hot sake because it makes my throat and chest tight.
I was a little nervous to try it.
I was so nervous when I put it in my mouth...
It's rich, mellow, and gentle😊.
I was surprised that it was so easy to drink and it didn't make my throat or chest hot at all.
I couldn't hide my surprise at how easy it was to drink.
It's good hot or lukewarm!
And....
In fact, it's a versatile sake that's also good cold. I brought Kikuhime to my parents' house and enjoyed it with my family.
I enjoyed it with my family. It was so good that I went back to buy it twice in a row!
This is a great sake for those who want to make a debut with a hot sake.
It is a great sake❗️.
My wife and I, anyway, in "Gassan".
It is our favorite sake.
It is called "Midori Gassan" (we named it by ourselves)
Directly pumped raw sake
We came across this sake about 3 years ago at a sake festival held at Yokohama Takashimaya.
As the color of the label suggests, the aroma is reminiscent of green apple.
The taste is fresh and refreshing. And I also felt a hint of sweetness. It also seemed to have a swooshing sensation...
Also this
For those who want to try sake....
I recommend this one.
But. We can't buy it around where we live, and so far we've only been able to buy it at the annual Takashimaya event.
I think it will be more refreshing if you cool it down and drink it in a wine glass.
If you see it at any liquor store
If you see it at any liquor store, please try to buy it.
It was a long time ago.
I can't write down my impressions of the drink.
When I served it at an event, it was unexpectedly well-received, and since it was a No. 4 bottle, it ran out quickly.
An elderly man told us, "The sake from Shimane Prefecture was delicious! I remember how happy I was to hear that.
No matter which kind of Gassan you drink, it is always delicious.
It's a sake sold in a small supermarket in my wife's family's house in Fukuyama, Hiroshima.
I think the best way to drink this sake is when it's hot and cold, or when it's cold and lukewarm.
I usually only drink fruity sake, but
I usually only drink fruity sake, but I could continue to drink this sake while feeling it was very tasty.
The taste of the rice in this sake is mild and slightly sweet, and there is none of the smell, alcohol, or eye irritation that is typical of hot sake when it is lukewarm.
I was surprised that it went well with the cucumber salad I had for dinner.
The first time I drank it, it was a different kind of sake, so I couldn't feel the fruity taste, but it was strong and solid, and I didn't like it.
After that, I didn't drink it for many years... When I went to my favorite restaurant
When we went to our favorite restaurant, there was only one brand that we didn't know and it was "Kameari". We were so impressed with the taste!
I think it was a different type of rice, but it had a refreshing Mitsuya Cider type aroma with just the right amount of acidity and fizziness.
At first I bought it in a #4 bottle, but then I bought it twice in a 1-cup bottle, and I plan to buy it again in a 1-cup bottle next time.
I read the comments of the people who posted this.
I wanted to drink it so much that I was able to buy it.
It smells like pineapple, just like the comments! The aroma that comes out of the nose when you put it in your mouth is pineapple itself, and the bitterness that comes after it goes down your throat clears your mouth and makes you want to drink it again, soon!
I thought it was the perfect sake for those who like to enjoy and feel the aroma of pineapple.
This sake doesn't need any pairing!
There is no other sake that smells more like pineapple than this one.
I thought it would be too sweet with a sake meter of -13, but the higher than usual acidity level kept the sweetness at bay and made it a great sake.
I would definitely recommend this sake as a first bottle first drink for anyone who wants to try a sake that they like the type of. The only drawback is that the chances of coming across it are low...
It has a nice aroma, and when you hold it in your mouth, you will feel the drink is very smooth. If you use a glass bowl with a thin edge that touches your lips, you will be able to enjoy the taste of this sake even more. Because of its softness, this sake is recommended for people who are not used to drinking sake.
It is best to drink it as an aperitif while savoring the goodness of this sake.
The image of this sake is that of a clear mixed juice.
It's been a few years since I drank Takachiyo Junmai Ginjo.
It's supposed to be served chilled, but one of my drinking buddies said it was also good hot! It was my first time drinking it hot, and I was very impressed with the citrus aroma it left behind and how many glasses I had!
It was recommended to me because it is a rare sake!
The moment I put it in my mouth, I could smell the fresh citrus taste and aroma, and the good taste of rice for a moment, and then it disappeared leaving a refreshing aroma.
