This is also a series of past drinking before I knew about the Sakenowa app.
I became a fan of this Yamagata Masamune the first time I drank it!
Yikes, I was so impressed by the mild acidity of this sake!
The acidity of the Shinsei Number 6 is open and refreshing, the taste of acidity spreading to your mouth, throat, nose! I love it!
The sourness of this Yamagata Masamune has a gentle aroma in the throat and nose, a round and gentle sourness, and a pleasant aftertaste that disappears quickly, leaving a good aftertaste, and I became addicted to it! It was so delicious that I immediately bought a repeat of the same bottle at the store. After that, I continued to drink other brands of Yamagata Masamune for a while!

At the time, I remember how happy and excited I was to be able to buy a bottle of Shinsei sake (and still am).
I remember that the sourness that was typical of Shinsei was suppressed, and it was gentle on the palate, throat and nose. There was no alcohol smell at all!
The total balance seems to be very high.
The impact is weak, but I think this is a sake that some people may like.
I thought it would make a good aperitif! I think it would be very extravagant to have Shinsei as an aperitif, though.

I was lucky enough to buy this before I knew about Sakenowa.
This is the Cosmos label from Colors, it was over a year ago, so I'm trying to remember what I thought of it, so it may be wrong!
There is a slight bitterness at the end of the drink, and this bitterness is also a pleasant bitterness with a perfect balance.
And after the bitterness, you can feel the smell of wood for a moment. After the bitterness, I remember the unique impact of the woody smell that disappears.
None of the tastes and smells are unpleasant, but the taste and smell are addictive!

I drank a bottle of Kameizumi's CEL24 a while ago, and my brain remembered the great pineapple smell, and I thought "Huh! I wondered if it tasted so thin", but after drinking the Number 6 again today, I realized that the Kameizumi had too much impact on me. It's not too much in a weird way.

Number 6 tastes like white wine grapes.

This Kikuhime is a liquor store that has always taken care of me.

It's a sake sold in a small supermarket in my wife's family's house in Fukuyama, Hiroshima.
I think the best way to drink this sake is when it's hot and cold, or when it's cold and lukewarm.

It smells like pineapple, just like the comments! The aroma that comes out of the nose when you put it in your mouth is pineapple itself, and the bitterness that comes after it goes down your throat clears your mouth and makes you want to drink it again, soon!
I thought it was the perfect sake for those who like to enjoy and feel the aroma of pineapple.
This sake doesn't need any pairing!
There is no other sake that smells more like pineapple than this one.
I thought it would be too sweet with a sake meter of -13, but the higher than usual acidity level kept the sweetness at bay and made it a great sake.
I would definitely recommend this sake as a first bottle first drink for anyone who wants to try a sake that they like the type of. The only drawback is that the chances of coming across it are low...
